Venture out is a family friendly place! kids love this place 😁 they will enjoy riding the golf cart over to the pool and the beach!
This place offers so many outdoor fun for the family, fishing at the Bay, tennis courts , basketball court, huge playground, shuffle board & mini putt putt!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Just make sure all food in the fridge and freezer is completely cleaned out before leaving. Make sure trash is taken out to the back dumpster area at the maintenance location.
Strip beds and place in the washing machine. Please place towels and washcloths in front of the washing machine on the floor. Thanks

We had a wonderful time with our two little grandchildren at this adorable house at Venture Out. They loved the playground and the heated pool. We enjoyed having the golf cart. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would love to stay there again.

This community is amazing. You cannot ask for a better place to stay. Even thou across street from beach golf cart used very handy. Kristy is a great host her place is very clean and cozy. Great location. Will definitely book again.

Love Venture Out!
