Loved that had a beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, cooler and beach towels. Which was awesome! The beach is only a couple blocks away.

The host had good communication, but there were issues with some of the amenities. Sofas are broken down and very uncomfortable. Sink in Master bath cold water problem and toilet runs chain gets stuck, Guest bath faucets leak. Guest BR TV quit working. Washer and Dryer are making unusually loud noises.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The TV worked fine and it has Alexa for music It is an upstairs unit but no elevator. The only draw back is the location. It is next to a Circle K. The teenagers hung out there and were quite noisy until 11pm

Your on the Doorstep of the village and shopping. Clean and comfortable apartment. I recommend this location for a easy restaurant and bar visiting.

The home is clean and it comfortably sleeps 6 people. Has a nice selection of beach items. The pool is very nice. The location is close to beach and village. You never have to get in car. The price is good compared to others. The only negative would be the location for families. There are a lot of cars that come back and forth in the alley and kids that leave the village bars around 1:00-2:00 in the morning. This could have been because it was 4th of July week but didn’t always feel very comfortable. The owners were very polite and allowed us to check in early.

Siesta key stay

Everything was good except pool . Pool heater continued to run constantly and pool water was VERY warm. Our kids didn’t even want to go in pool which was a big drawback!

Great Location.

Good location. Easy check in and property manager was extremely responsive. We had trouble with tv (Super Bowl) weekend. And they fixed it right away. Great location and everything was within walking distance. Back bedroom was right near alley so quite noisy Kitchen very small but we didn’t use it that much since so many great places to go out and eat. Would recommend.

Siesta Key Village Location

Overall the rental was good. Beware, the property is conveniently located in Siesta Key Village, but directly behind a Circle K gas station with an alley between the property and Circle K. Very noisy with truck traffic, garbage pick up for the businesses on the opposite side of the alley and teenagers hanging out & blaring loud music on weekend nights. Public parking in front of property was often occupied by small motor homes parking overnight. Rental could have provided more bath towels & wash cloths as the dryer was very slow to dry towels. Also a limited amount of toilet paper was provided.

Spring Break in Siestay Key

We had an amazing vacation with extended family. The weather and beach was beautiful - no red tide. There are many things to do and beaches to visit nearby. A guest book would be nice to share ideas with fellow travelers. The grounds were unsatisfactory - litter around the condo unit and the exterior lighting was pulled out of the ground and laying on its side. Inside the light above the table needed new light bulbs so eating meals was a dim affair. The shade in one of the bathrooms was messed up. The microwave had duct tape up the side and a message posted on masking tape - just sloppy looking. A couple of the bowls and one of the mugs were cracked. The washer and dryer were old - loud and inefficient (multiple cycles to dry towels). The pool area had no shade. There was a dumpster and porta pot (I kid you not) right next to the pool area. We called several times to complain and eventually heard back that it was for construction happening next door. The litter around the area was cleaned up and the dumpster was moved midway through our stay after complaining, but the porta pot was still there. We did not use the pool at all due the poor setup, and I asked for some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The response was that iTrip manages the unit and the HOA manages the grounds. Overall I would not recommend this unit. You can check my vrbo reviews; they are generally positive and this is the only one we've ever stayed at where I wouldn't come back to the same unit.

If you are looking to stay close to town this is the perfect spot.

The property is within walking distance to everything downtown. It can get a bit noisy in the spare room as location is across from a gas station. It wasn’t that big of a deal. Might need some white noise or a fan to muffle the sound. I liked the location by the gas station because if you needed something fast, beer, pop, a quick snack it’s perfect. We went there everyday so very convenient. The decor was nice. Beachy. Loved the floors! Pool was small but nice! Warm! They could use a few more lounge chairs out there. They only had 4. But they did have enough chairs. A little walk to the beach. Not bad. They have a beach wagon and chairs / floaters/ and paddle ball to play on the beach. Coolers. All you need really. I always felt safe. I will totally come back again! Great trip!

My self and my family have been coming to seista Key village for the past 18 years. I am closing in on Retirement. We have stayed with family in Homes. This rental this year by my wife and myself for 2 weeks has been our first. Let me be short. It was absolutely excellent for my wife and my Daughter And our 2 twin grandsons. I plan on renting it for 2 more weeks in 2023.

Siesta Key Village

The location of the condo was perfect!!!! Walked to all the restaurants, bars and beach! The condo has 2 King beds and 2 baths and a huge TV, which is rare! The only negative thing was all the extra fees...have never had to pay so much in extra fees, like security fees???. Jacked the price way up.
