Got Paradise!? Well now you do..... This oasis on Siesta Key is just that. The condo is only a couple of blocks away from famous Siesta Key beach access #5 and rests in Siesta Key Village where you will find lots of great dining, amazing shops, coffee houses and more, all a short walk away.

With everything you could want and need at your fingertips; We assure you that you will never want to leave Lulu's Key House! We provide everything for your stay! This upstairs 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a heated communal pool (5ft at its deepest) has been completely renovated top to bottom, side to side with nothing left untouched....this home away from home is truly paradise! Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge under a cafe umbrella while the chef in your family cooks up something on the barbecue grill! This second level tropical oasis has been completed with high end finishing, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, wide plank porcelain tiles and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Also we have two sets of washers/dryers within the building at no cost. Also for you convenience are beach items…beach towels, umbrella and a beach cart.

The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large, Smart TV in the living room, with cable and wall-mounted TV in each bedroom with cable only. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port has been added for your convenience. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper for those unexpected guests. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors, a brand new garbage disposal and dining for 6 people right off the kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen beds, new memory foam mattresses, flat screen TV's with basic cable only, and ample closet space.

There is NO smoking and NO pets allowed in the building. Pristine and perfect... This delightful get-away will be your #1 vacation spot for years to come!

The two bedroom units have 2 parking spaces marked "Loggerhead". Contact us to book all 4 units and have the entire space for you and your friends and family. We are flexible on dates of stay.

Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. There is an exterior camera pointed to the parking lot area for security.
We help make the most of your vacation by providing Xplorie's Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day including a choice of a free bike rental, kayak rental, a dolphin cruise tour, or admission to the Ringling Museum ! Round-trip airport transportation provided for up to 3 passengers from SRQ or TPA with advance reservation. The fare is free but please tip the driver. Limited to one activity for just one person each day (other members of the group can partake but will need to pay).
