This large but cozy condo at Fireside at The Village is only steps from The Village with a free gondola that whisks you to Canyon Lodge, and numerous Village shops and restaurants.

Enjoy the ultimate in convenience when you stay in one of our large one bedroom condos at Fireside. Village, shops, restaurants, and events are only steps away, without the noise or parking hassles.

Think of it - the perfect powder day, and no digging out your car, or waiting for a packed shuttle bus - just stroll over to the gondola!

Fireside 112 is a newly renovated first floor condo that features a cozy décor with all the comforts of home. There is a brand new king bed in the bedroom, and a great queen sleeper sofa in the living room across from the wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped, and the large deck has a gas grill. There is a flat screen TV with DVD, wireless high internet access, and a second flat screen in the bedroom. Hardwood floors are new this season.

Towels and linens are provided. The condo has wireless high speed internet. Parking for one car is provided, with additional vehicles accommodated on a space available basis.

The Fireside complex is small and quiet, but features a great indoor pool, sauna and hot tub with views of the Sherwin mountains.

This is a non smoking condo. Smoking is only allowed outside. Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, subject to a pet fee. but are not generally allowed during holiday periods.

The description shown in this listing is for Fireside 112. We also have another one bedroom condo and a larger condo available for rent at Fireside and a large unit near the Village.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay for our ski weekend. The location is perfect … steps from The Gondola, mountain rentals, and the village. The online description and pictures are very accurate. My first impression of the decor was ‘rustic, but the kitchen is updated and well equipped and the condo had everything we needed. Check in and checkout were easy and the host was very responsive. The price is also reasonable compared to pther village properties. I highly recommend picking this property for your Mammoth stay.

The place was clean but the carpet really needs replaced - it does not look clean. Garage parking is a plus. I liked the extra security of having door codes to enter the building and garage. Pets were permitted. Firewood was provided.

The location is great; the host was very responsive; the decor could use a refresh (hallways and entry are worn and chipped, there is no door separating the bathroom from the hallway (although the toilet has a door) so there was less privacy than we hoped for, bedroom is dark and some lights were hard to turn on.) However, the host was very nice and the price is better than the big lodge in town and for that, it was worth the less fancy room and building. Parking was great, very convenient and we would recommend! We come every year to Mammoth Trail Fest with a lot of friends.

Great place!

This place was perfect for a ski trip. It was very comfortable, had great amenities, and you can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the village gondola and Mammoth Brewing and so convenient to walk around. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a few days

The place was very nice and had everything we needed for a few days. It was cozy and perfect for a ski trip. When we first arrived, tired after the long drive etc., it had not been cleaned. The property manager got on it right away. But we had to go get some food while we waited. It was done in short order and the property manager offered to pay for our dinner but I was so tired and forgot to forward the receipt. I should have. A for down pillows and bedding. This is a HUGE thing for me.Please throw away the little rug in the bathroom. It was kinda gross. I almost bought a new one for you.

Extremely convenient to the village

we were literally steps from the village. Great location. It's right across from the new construction, so if construction noise is an issue that would be the only drawback. We were only there at night and up pretty early so it wasn't much of an issue for us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice and Cozy Condo in a great location

The Wife, Myself and our dog stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed outdoor activities during the day and Enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were very close and walkable. Condo was fully stocked and had everything thing we needed and more. Owners kept in touch to make sure everything was great during our stay. Why they chose this property

We chose Fireside at the Village because the complex was right at the Village, close for the gondola, shops and events, but still quiet. We love the fact that there are only 30 units at Fireside and that the units are large and bright, unlike so many others in Mammoth. Our kids love the indoor pool, and we love being able to supervise them while enjoying a beverage in the hot tub while looking out over the Sherwin mountains!
