Perfect family stay

We loved the house, there was everything one might need for a beautiful time in southern france and even more such as cold drinks for us in the fridge after our travel. We also received good tipps upfront for restaurants, activities and shopping. Many thanks to our lovely hosts!

Wonderful stay in a lovely house

Very comfortable house with everything we could ask for. Very well equipped kitchen for a change and the garden ideal for our dog. The hot weather meant the mosquitoes were active and it is not walking distance from the beach. However nothing was too much trouble for Caroline who is an excellent host. Their restaurant is also the best in the Port.

A true hime away from home

We had a wonderful week at the house and really felt at home. It is a very spacious and comfortable house with a fabulous kitchen a lovely pool and garden. Everything was there and all exchanges with Caroline were very easy, straightforward and efficient. She is a very kind host who reaches out promptly and proactively. We hope to come again.

Wonderful stay in Grimaud

We had a wonderful stay with some flexibility on check in and check out time which made a difference. The house is clearly a home and there’s lots of games, pool floats, kitchen equipment etc to use, everything works. The pool is large with some gradual steps and the garden is large. My favourite part of the house was the outside dining area lit up with lights in the evening, very pretty. The house is rustic and charming and beds comfortable. It didn’t have a ‘hot tub’ which we thought was a jacuzzi but it did have a bath. Caroline was on hand to help and popped in to see us which was nice. We love the area, ideal for restaurants and beaches and only a short trip to St Tropez area. You will need a car to get about or bikes.

Brilliant

Firstly a huge thank you to Caroline for being the most attentive and caring host. We all loved our holiday in Grimaud and didn't want to leave. We hadn't been to the area for a number of years and wanted to go somewhere special to celebrate our daughter's 21st and our wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place. It exceeded our expectations. The villa was wonderful, comfortable and spacious with lots of activities for our sporty group. The location was ideal, only minutes to Grimaud/Port Grimaud & a reasonable drive to St Tropez. We adored everything about the villa, the holiday and the destination. Thank you Caroline for everything. It was brilliant!

Perfekt fĂŒr den Familienurlaub

Wir verbrachten in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man fĂŒr den Alltag braucht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man braucht 10 Min nach Port Grimmaud, 20 Min nach St. Tropez und 25 Min an den Pamplonne Strand.

Dieses Haus hat alles!

Wir haben ein sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht und man muss eigentlich nur zum Einkaufen vor die TĂŒr. Sehr schön, ist im Sommer das klimatisierte 1. OG. Aber auch sonst lĂ€sst das große Haus keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und es ist alles sehr persönlich.

De trĂšs bonnes vacances

Ces vacances 2020 s’annonçaient particuliĂšres et la maison de Caroline nous a permis de passer un excellent moment en famille et avec amis oubliant le tracas du confinement. Pour la prise en main de la maison, avec Caroline, on ne parle pas de formalitĂ©. Les clefs sont disponibles dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e dimanche heure de dĂ©jeuner vs 15h et Caroline nous laisse prendre tranquillement nos repaires dans la maison. C’est une maison vivante, nous n’entrons pas dans un domicile vide dont la destination est la location mais dans la maison de Caroline et sa famille, alors tout est lĂ  et on se sent vite trĂšs bien. Caroline est trĂšs attentionnĂ©e et en cas de pb cherche immĂ©diatement Ă  le solutionner et cela dans des dĂ©lais trĂšs courts; pour nous un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur dĂ©fectueux remplacĂ© dĂšs le lendemain. Donc un intĂ©rieur pratique et bien agencĂ©; quant au jardin il a une belle piscine et est bien entretenu; pour les ados table de ping-pong et autre terrain de pĂ©tanque avec boules. Si on doit trouver un lĂ©ger dĂ©faut , c’est le passage sur la route de St Maxime en contrebas qui est un peu bruyant. Nous recommandons pleinement cette maison qui tient toutes ses promesses.

Perfect summer holidays

This beautiful house is far more than a holiday let. It is the owner's family home outside of holiday season and the warmth and the homely feel you get from the moment you walk through the door leaves its impression on you. The description of the property doesn't really do it justice. It is immaculately presented, and equipped with everything you would need to have a luxurious holiday. All the rooms are large and airy, the kitchen is fantastic and the garden and pool are delightful. The owners are wonderful and friendly, living very nearby as they own and run the best seafood restaurant in port Grimaud. The location is perfect for touring locally and further afield from its position on the D44. This house and the owners have been a truly special find for us, as we return for our 3rd consecutive year in 2017. Love it, and highly recommend it.

We are an english french couple and have lived in this area for nearly 30 years.
We have a restaurant in the nearby village of Port Grimaud that we have run since 1989.
We decided to build this property 10 years ago and chose the land because of it's position. Easy access to Port Grimaud, Grimaud and Cogolin no matter how bad the traffic!

Why they chose this property

Our property is very spacious and can accommodate 8 people very comfortably. Everyone can benefit from the privacy of the bedrooms and enjoy the spacious living area without being on top of each other.
The house is 300m2 and the land is 3000m2.
There is a large parking area inside a private electric gate, which adds safety and makes it easy when unloading shopping etc.
