The Bunkhouse at Old Man Mountain (Reg #3089) is a well-appointed contemporary cabin in Estes Park, CO. The beautiful1-acre property has 3 units in the red-metal-roof cabin/guesthouse. Each suite has a private entrance and patio for dining al fresco on the beautiful grounds. Twin Sisters Mountain Suite is the largest unit, named after the amazing view of the mountain. The cabin/guesthouse is nestled among large boulders and pines, and was designed by our father, who studied under Frank Lloyd Wright. Walk to town to shops and restaurants, and only 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Twin Sisters Mountain Suite is the perfect private accommodations for a couple or a small family getaway. The suite is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 guests, (572 sq. ft.). The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a walk-in closet. The unique patio off the bedroom, is designed in the "Wright style" to be part of the landscape, set in a large boulder and ponderosa pine garden with mountain views.

The well-appointed kitchen has an induction stove top and oven, stainless steel appliances- fridge, dishwasher, microwave; granite counters and a granite island that will seat 4 diners comfortably. The stocked kitchen has a toaster, traditional coffeemaker, coffee, spices, food processor, pots, pans, plastic wrap and more; everything you will need for cooking a meal.

The living room features a pull-down Murphy bed (wall bed) that sleeps 2 additional guests. There are sliding glass doors, which lead to a private deck. The upscale amenities include a flat screen TV, fast reliable wi-fi, original artwork, leather furniture, architect designed, 1-acre maintained grounds, and family owned/operated. The large windows, with the location high on a rock bluff, and the old growth Ponderosa pines, makes it feel like you are in a tree house! The deck has beautiful views of Twin Sisters Mountain and Old Man Mountain. There is an awning with table and chairs for dining, wildlife viewing, and flower boxes on the deck-rail.

The Bunkhouse at Old Man Mountain is ideally located; it is across the street from the Fall river - a wildlife corridor which attracts elk, deer, wild turkey, big horn sheep, and an occasional bear. It is at the base of Old Man Mountain., one of the oldest spiritual sights for Native Americans in N. America. A private wooded acre with all the conveniences of the village but secluded and away from the crowds. It's sparkling clean, we utilize at least a 1-2-day gap between all reservations to ensure we safely meet your expectations, and we provide self-check-in for your convenience.

The Bunkhouse at Old Man Mountain has been family owned since the 1980's. This western /contemporary one level cabin with 3 efficient guest units was designed by our father. In 2011, the family updated all three units and began sharing our mountain retreat as a cabin/guesthouse so others could enjoy the beauty of the property and majestic Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Bunkhouse at Old man Mountain is a contemporary cabin that was designed to be a part of the landscape. The Estes Park location: a private 1 acre property with large boulders, blue spruce, ponderosa pine trees and wildlife. Across the street from the Fall River and Old Man Mountain - a native American spiritual site, you can walk to downtown, and just 3 miles to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.

A unique, efficient and well sited cabin designed by WC DeLaney, who studied under Frank Lloyd Wright, and is located in the heart of Estes Park. Privately owned and managed (no property managers).
