The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please empty the kitchen trash. Throw away any used items from the fridge. Load dishes into the dishwasher and run the 1-hour wash cycle. Place used towels in the hamper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check out: 1. $50 fee at 11:15am 2. Additional $50 at 12pm 3. Additional $100 every hour after
We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Violations will result in a $500 fine and immediate removal from the property.

The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that you need. The drive to and from Disney was very easy and we were just far enough away to avoid big crowds at restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a few people that stayed at the beautiful condo, and it was wonderful. Great location and the beds had fantastic linens and the AC worked really well! The inside was newly renovated and super clean. We all enjoyed our stay a lot! The host kept in contact with us and checked to make sure everything was great. They also had some snacks and drinks there for us which I felt was a great touch!

My family and I stayed here during our Disneyland trip, and the main benefit of this rental is how close it is to Disneyland. Only a few minutes away which is ideal. We made a quick trip to the nearby Walmart but there’s also a Costco. The place is great for the price and there’s 2 parking spots available which you have full view of. I would have been a little nervous to leave the car in the street so I really appreciate the parking. Owner was very accommodating and even allowed a last minute late check out for a fee. Overall it was a great stay

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and spacious and was in an amazing location. It’s 20 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Huntington Beach. We enjoyed both.
