This camper can easily accommodate 4 people with a convertible dinette for a 5th occupant. Camper is on owners property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I-35 and just 30 minutes south of Dallas and 1 hour north of Waco.

Peaceful getaway.

Had a wonderful stay in this RV. The check in process was easy and quick. My overnight stays were very peaceful and quiet,I would highly recommend this unit.

Exactly What We Needed

The rv was cute & homey. The bed was comfortable & we slept great. We were in town for a festival, so didn't get to spend a lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Accommodated us for a place to shower and sleep on a quick weekend trip. We are a family of three (2 adults and a teenager). This is very clean and the property is quiet.

A safe escape from the rush of the world around us. This was our first time being in a RV trailer!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Our experience with this unit has opened a whole new world of opportunities for our travels. The owners were a delight to work with making the start and end of our rental very smooth and uneventful which is what I look for in my vacations away. So relaxing and would highly recommend it if you are looking in this area.

Great place to rest

Crystal's place was great for our trip. We were visiting family nearby and just needed a place to sleep at night. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The RV is behind a shop so you feel separate from the main house. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great waking up to the sound of the chickens behind the RV. If you need a place to sleep after a busy day, you can't do much better than here.

Absolutely amazing we were so happy with are stay. From waking up being able to drink coffee, to playing card games to listening to music while with Bluetooth speakers in RV, to a comfy bed. Thank you so much.

Lovely stay!

I loved that this was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I got to spend quality time with my loved one. Every detail was thought of! Absolutely everything we needed for our getaway.

Interesting Time

The camper was cool and had everything I could want. I would recommend stepping stones to get from the driveway to the camper. I had to walk on grass and it was really wet. Other then that I was really pleased

RV on owners property

The RV was very cleaan and well supplied. The only issues was the RV was in the owner backyard behind a chicken coop. It was not private. I had to park next to their vehicles. In front of the RV there was shop and I felt like someone was looking at me the whole time. No privacy!

The listing was very accurate. It was close to everything I wanted to do. The host was extremely friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this listing. I was very impressed with the shower. It being a camper. Didn’t expect the water pressure to be awesome. The bed was very comfortable and slept like a rock every night. Loved every minute of my visit.
