This camper can easily accommodate 4 people with a convertible dinette for a 5th occupant. Camper is on owners property in a quiet neighborhood. Quick access to I-35 and just 30 minutes south of Dallas and 1 hour north of Waco.

Lovely stay!

I loved that this was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. I got to spend quality time with my loved one. Every detail was thought of! Absolutely everything we needed for our getaway.

Exactly What We Needed

The rv was cute & homey. The bed was comfortable & we slept great. We were in town for a festival, so didn't get to spend a lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was safe & quiet. We would definitely stay again.
