Beautifully decorated, smoke-free house located in Sheridan Beach.

4 bedroom and 2 bathroom (plus beach shower) beach house just steps away from the beautiful waters of Lake Michigan.
Main floor - king bedroom, queen bedroom, bathroom, large sun porch with futon and table, living room with two couches and fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and family room with spacious couch.
Lower level - queen bedroom, two bunk beds (sleeps 4), bathroom, large living room with sleeper sofa and comfy over sized couch, beach shower, and laundry room.

Coming up from the beach is easy with a rinse off area outside the house. Enjoy keyless entry to the so it makes accessing the house a breeze!

Large 3 tiered deck with 6 person table, 4 sun chaises, plus 2 swivel/rocking chairs and a loveseat glider.

50" 4k smart TV that includes Hulu for your viewing enjoyment. Log into your own TV account and have access to your favorite programs. Unlimited wireless data. Plus 32" smart TV in the family room and another TV in the lower level.

Washer/Dryer for your use.

Private driveway parking for 3 SUVs or 4 cars. There is plenty of public parking by the house, but it gets busy around weekends and holidays.

Have fun at the beach using the boogie boards and sand toys. Please bring your own beach towels, cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, etc. if needed.

There is a charcoal grill for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter.

Toaster oven and air fryer combo.

Outdoor basketball goal.

Lovely home right off the beach

We had 12 people stay at the property for a bachelor party and had plenty of space for all. The proximity to the lake is great and the back deck had more than enough room for all to relax. Recommend for anyone traveling to Michigan City!

Perfect short walk to the beach!

Our favorite part staying at this home was how close it was to the beach! ☀️ 🏖️ Our host stayed in contact with us and we enjoyed our stay. We noticed that there were small factors (lack of toilet paper, wobbly chairs, hard to lock patio door) that needed improvement but overall we greatly enjoyed staying in this home with wonderful friends.

Perfect beach house

This is our third stay in the house, and we’ve had a great experience each time. There is room for extended family to stay together but still have plenty of space. The kids love the basement tv setup and the adults especially enjoy the back porch. Christy is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions!

Christy was really flexible with letting us check in early which we greatly appreciated! House is better than the pictures indicate- had a lot of fun grilling and hanging out on the deck, relaxing indoors, and it really is a very short (<5 min) walk from the house to the beach. Perfect getaway for Memorial Day weekend and we will certainly be back!

Great spot for a family get-together

The house was a great size for our 3 generation family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone, and lots of different hang-out spaces to be together. It is super close to the beach. We came in the off season and so didn't get to enjoy the big deck, but it looked like a lovely space for relaxing. The host's communication was excellent and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend this place!

Life is a Beach

Great family vacation at this lovely home, only a short walk from the beach. There was plenty of room, and a great enclosed deck for little kids to roam. They allowed pets, which let us bring a dog to share the family time. The only downside was the HOT weather! Highly recommend this property and location.

Stellar location close to the beach on Lake Michigan. Plenty of space for 6 adults, 5 kids and a dog. Cute decor throughout the house, and the stash of beach toys was helpful. Front room gets the early evening sun and was a favorite hangout spot before we walked to the beach to watch the sunset. Splendid!

Most relaxing Thanksgiving ever!

With 25 years of celebrating Thanksgiving together, this was the most relaxing one yet. Perfect late fall weather made the location on the beach incredible! The house was cozy, comfortable, and fit us just right. We used the fireplace and the deck, the "kids" who are no longer kids at all totally enjoyed the bunk room, we cooked and laughed, played silly games and made plans, and enjoyed time together in beautiful Sheridan Beach.

Great summer house

We were 3 generations - teens, adults, and grandparents. The house was spacious and fit us all with a nice dining area and outdoor patio. The neighborhood is nice and has easy access to the beach and also the restaurants and amenities in Michigan City. Check-in and check-out was super easy and it was easy to communicate with the owner via the VRBO app. We had no issues.
