Cozy, absolutely new and fully equippted studio (37 sq.m.) is located in Rafailovici village. All necessary infrastructure (supermarket, cafes and restaurants, bus stop) is located close to the apartments. The distance to the beach is about 300 meters. The terrace overlooks the sea and olive garden. It is quiet and peaceful at night, as the studio is located at a comfortable distance from the noisy seafront. Excellent option for couples and families with children.
