This 1/1 condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious family room with queen size sleeper sofa (for extra guest), and 65" flat screen smart tv as well as a brand new Nest Thermostat air conditioner. The master bedroom has a very comfortable California King size bed, 50” flat screen smart tv, and plenty of closet space. All linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, and beach towels) are provided as well as Internet and WIFI. Just a short walk to the beach and cayman pool/clubhouse. Enjoy your morning coffee in the screened porch/balcony overlooking the 7th hole of the golf course.
Unit is fully equipped for seasonal guests with plenty of dishes, pots, glasses and flatware. Beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, and boogie boards are all available for use and can be found in the the unit's storage space directly in front of unit.
