The backyard patio and deck offer a great place to gather with seating and a barbecue grill.



The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. If you need additional space, the property also includes a separate loft apartment with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom that can be added to your reservation (or booked separately through my other listings).

We had the most wonderful stay at this home while celebrating the holidays with our family. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations in every way—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. It was truly the perfect setting for a cozy, memorable family gathering.The host was fantastic and went above and beyond with communication, making us feel completely at ease. The neighborhood was also lovely and convenient with walk ability to any and everything you could need. Nice Quiet neighborhood. Good location in Midwood location. Clean house, comfortable beds and all the basics in the kitchen. Close to restaurant ( if you like BBQ Sweet Lou’s was great) and we walked to the armory stadium for a game.

For the most part all went well. Check-in was good and information was sent in a timely manner. The house was nice and in a nice neighborhood. We had a minor issue of the smart TV not connecting one day… The host responded to our inquires and even sent a Fire Stick and passwords. If I had to suggest anything…perhaps putting televisions in the bedrooms as there was only 1 television. I would also suggest putting some shower accessories. We enjoyed the place and would book again!

Charming Stay in Charlotte!

I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!

Convenient and Quaint

Don’t hesitate to book this craftsman cottage! It’s a convenient location to the mall, the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the downtown area, and yet, it was such a quaint area. We were even walking distance from a coffee shop. The girls enjoyed riding their scooters on the sidewalk, rocking on the front porch, and lounging in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a restful night of sleep. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will be back!

A Top-Choice Stay!

Where do I begin? I have stayed at various locations while traveling, but this one stands out. From the moment we stepped into this VBRO, it felt like we won the vacation home lottery! Firstly, a big shoutout for the cleanliness and comfort - 5 stars aren't enough! Now, let's talk about those beds. I've slept on clouds less comfy than those mattresses! I half-expected a fairy tale character to knock on the door and ask if they could have their magical bed back. The ample towels and linens made us feel like royalty. And that coffee? I think it's brewed from magic beans or something because each morning felt enchanted. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable with these delightful touches. If you're reading this and considering booking, don't think twice. You'll thank me later! I almost forgot, but the host's customer service and response time were exceptional. Perfect house!

My family loved this house! Wonderful location close to shops, restaurants and downtown Charlotte. The kitchen was fully stocked - there was even an electric kettle (very important for British people like myself so we can make tea!). The house was clean - soft bedding and lots of fluffy towels. Off street parking and a lovely porch for relaxing. This really is a gem and I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely deserves five star ratings.
