THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

The home is located in Uptown’s 3rd Ward, the pretties residential district in the city, and one of the most convenient and walkable areas of Charlotte. You can easily walk to:

• Bank of America Stadium (Carolina Panthers, MLS, Concerts)

• Truist Field (Charlotte Knights baseball)

• Romare Bearden Park

• Restaurants, bars, and all the entertainment in Uptown



GETTING AROUND:

Getting around is extremely easy from this location.

• 5 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium.

• 10 minute drive to Charlotte Douglas International Airport

• 10-minute walk to the light rail

• B-cycle station nearby for bike rentals

• Electric scooters available throughout Uptown for quick trips around the city



Most guests simply walk throughout Uptown to restaurants, parks, stadiums, and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also readily available, and many of Charlotte’s other popular neighborhoods—such as South End, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood—are only about a 5-minute ride away. This central location makes it easy to explore the best of Charlotte while staying in the heart of the city.

The house is in a walkable area in Uptown's 3rd Ward. Walk to Bank of America Stadium and the city center. The neighborhood is the ballpark district, including Romare Bearden Park and BB&T; Ballpark. It's also home to the Carolina Panthers NFL team.



Getting Around:

The airport is a 10 minute taxi/uber. There is a b-cycle station down the street as well and the light rail is a leisurely 10 minute walk away. You can easily walk to anywhere in uptown. Or a short Uber to all of Charlotte's other happening neighborhoods.
