Located in the beautiful Black Bear Ridge Resort you will be just a few short miles away from all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

This exclusive log cabin community provides the perfect base for spending your days exploring then heading back to the cabin for a little peace and tranquility.

Just imagine sipping your morning coffee peacefully on the back deck or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

Two large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 8 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer six king suites and two bunk rooms, and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. When you stay at Black Bear Lodge there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped double kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. This is a great place to accommodate 30 people. More than enough room so you wont feel packed into one place. The pictures describe exactly what you are looking at. The owners checked in thru out our stay to see if we needed anything. Will definitely be booking with them again.

Great get away!

This comfy home (cabin) provided just the minute seclusion with a bit of a neighborhood feel that my family and i were looking for on this trip. The amenities, the scenery, & the communication throughout the stay with the property manager was awesome! The experience alone is due a great review

Loved it!

The cabin was set up perfectly! We had more than enough room to be able to sit around, have game nights, family dinners, it was the perfect space. I think the only downside we had was the noisy cabin next door. The hosts were very responsive to any and everything we asked and we were even able to get in early. I would highly recommend staying here again!

Overall great experience in Tennessee! Cabin was clean, nice towels, convenient location, ample parking. Cabin in located in a cul de sac so neighbors were pretty close to each other. Nice trip!

Great place for family reunion

We really enjoyed our time. We had 24 people and would not want more than that unless it was for quick weekend. But for our group of 24 it was great. Plenty of space for meals and relaxing. Very nice property.

Great place for groups

We had a great time at this cabin. It had so much room and plenty of parking. It was close to restaurants and things to do. We did have an issue with a pull out couch, but the management sent someone out quickly and resolved our issue right away. I would definitely stay here again the next time I need to bring a group.

Perfect for family reunions

We loved everything about the lodge. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect. You’re away from the busyness of the sights and attractions yet close enough to get to everything within minutes. You can’t go wrong with this house!

It is a great cabin in an accessible location near many attractions. Only problem was the hot water ,though they were diligent, it took them 3 days to figure out it was the thermostat and fix the issue. Other than that I recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

The cabin was spacious enough for our family gathering of 23. There was enough indoor and outdoor space for us not to feel like we were on top of each other. Also the kitchen was well equipped for preparing large meals, so no real issues there. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The cabin is in a cul-de-sac with a few other cabins but we had no issues with noise from them, nor with parking. Overall everyone enjoyed our stay.

30 year vow renewal

The cabin was perfect for our vow renewal with family and friends. Bonus that the chapel to renew our vowels was less than a mile away. We happened to find it while look for the community pool. Everything was just perfect!!

Family gathering

Great property, comfortably furnished, well stocked kitchen, property manager very responsive. We had a group of 36 family members. This property accomodated us very nicely. I highly recommend it to anyone with a large group. The complimentary thickets to local attractions is a nice benefit. We fixed all of our meals on site. The kitchen equipment accomodated our needs nicely. The one drawback was the lack of sharp knives, there was a good selection of knives but not one sharp one. Bring a sharp knife. I highly recommend this property.

Great Experience for Family Retreat

My family traveled from 5hr to as far as 9hrs to spent spring break together. What a great experience we had making memories with each other. The weather wasn’t the best for the outside excursions we had hoped but the cabin had lots of accommodations that kept the kids and adults plenty satisfied. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for ample space for eating, sleeping, playing and creating memories.

50th Anniversary with famiky

We all loved this cabin and we used every inch of it. We had 21 in our group and we needed the extra space along with the double kitchen appliances. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is awesome. The game area was such a bonus! The personal communication with the property owners was absolutely very much appreciated. Great time! We hope to make this an annual event and we will definitely be contacting Thomas Properties!

Black bear lodge was a great experience for me and my family. Everything you need was right there.

We had a great time here. No complaints. This cabin will always be our go to spot when visiting Tennessee 😍. The property was clean, everything the said they had to offer was TRUE!!!! My husband is a very skeptical man about certain. For him to say he REALLY REALLY ENJOYED HIMSELF AND HE READY FOR THE NEXT TRIP, shows that this Cabin is the place to be. And most of all the kids enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend Thomas Rental Properties for all of your rental needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 30 people enjoyed the Black Bear Lodge property. The property was clean and spacious enough for all of us. We had to call the host to confirm a broken chair and an issue with one of the stove. However, the host responded right away and sent someone out right away. Besides that, the whole family enjoyed the stay at the property and would go back again.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of cabin. It shows a lot of wear. Cooking pans in poor condition. It is well stocked with dishes and eating utensils though. We did have a good time but would not stay at this particular cabin again. Needs a good cleaning and some updating.

Beautiful cabin in a great location! Perfect for family reunion!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this location for a family reunion and the layout was perfect. Private rooms and baths and great central gathering locations. Kitchen was great and we were able to easily prepare big meals for everyone. Very minor issue was that there were very limited starter supplies (dishwasher tabs, trash bags) and no basic cooking spices/oils (no salt and pepper/olive oil) but this is a very minor thing and there were lots of stores close by. We loved the hottub and game room! Kids had a great time. Views were incredible. We would absolutely stay again!!
