An award-winning architectural gem tucked away amidst gardens and orchards, privately set behind high stone walls and tall iron gates. bordering expansive lawns and acres of hay fields, this beautiful cozy pool house is for 2 people to enjoy the views, the pool, the country lanes, endless hiking trails & scenic biking roads. Great shops & boutiques, cafe's and restaurants are all near-by.

Separate from the 1768 manor house, the poolhouse and the 47’ pool with bluestone patio are in a classically designed garden space bordered by high stone walls covered with climbing hydrangea, lilac bowers and yellow lillies, plus a beautiful grape arbor.

Fabulous country retreat

I had a terrific 3-night stay at this property. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, the grounds are beautiful, and the property is enormous. Perfect for a weekend away to get out of the city and enjoy some nature.

Enchanted Garden of Eden

Spectacular private pool in lush garden, surrounded by an apple orchard, grapevine pergola, and fields of wildflowers. Effortlessly move between the full sun of the pool and blue stone patio, to the shade of the open-air pool house. A full kitchen and outdoor gas grill are available too. Perfect for a day trip getaway around one hour from NYC. The hosts provide everything you would want or need, while maintaining your privacy the whole time.
