Julie and her group were respectful guests and left the house in great condition. They followed the house rules and were friendly when speaking to me through the app. I would happily host them again.

Disappointing
House was unsafe and is a work in progress. The owner was unresponsive in resolving our issues.

The house has passed every inspection necessary to be safe and livable. These guests had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with an emergency blizzard situation which they were refunded for immediately and the problem was resolved within hours of notification. She tried to get more money refunded from before the blizzard and VRBO (not me) denied her so she is upset and taking it out on this review. I have hosted many guests with no issues.
