Villa MOD extends over 500 square meters , in blind street, surrounded by green area and enclosed by wall, so guests can enjoy absolute privacy. In the courtyard there is a heated swimming pool 1.5 meters deep and off course beach chairs to enjoy the sunshin and outdoor shower. Terrace is just next to pool in shade that will protect you from the sun during the hottest moments. Barbecue is also available. At the ground floor of Villa MOD there is a living room, and spacious dining room with a fully equped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, hob, kettle, coffee maker), One bedroom is located on gorund floor. On top floor are two main bedrooms with balcony/terrace exit and attached batroom.
