Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, this artfully decorated one bedroom condo features a king-size bed and a pullout sofa bed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Experience beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets. The unit is fully furnished with starter supplies to help you get settled and includes a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room, two smart TVs, a large heated pool, and four grills.

For your convenience, there’s a laundry room that accept debit or credit cards.

Nice place and views

Check in and entry to condo was super easy. Nice views. Other renters or owners staying in the building were very friendly. There was construction with the new bridge going in, but gave us something to watch. Noise wasn't too bad when inside.Private beach very nice and can walk Lovers Key. Saw some dolphins from the beach and room. Flippers restaurant was very good.

Fabulous location! The views were stunning.. the Gulf and the Bay. Condo was perfect and very comfortable. Property well maintained and staff super helpful. A very nice, safe and well run property. Private beach was exquisite. Just what we needed after a long winter!

Apartment was very clean and had amazing panoramic views of the gulf. Lovers Key park was right across the street and had great walking trail and secluded beaches. The only thing I didn’t like was that this is clearly a 55 community with the average age being close to 70 so they were not very welcoming to us. It is very HOA clique like mentality where the pool closes at dusk and no sound allowed after 9 pm… the next door neighbors dog yapped incessantly. Other than not feeling very welcome, the small apartment was great! Don’t know that I would stay again, just because of the overall senior citizen culture.

Wonderful location for relaxation!

We absolutely loved this condo! We loved the decor/artwork and the stunning views of the water from the 9th floor balcony. Everything you need is there and the heated pool and private beach were wonderful! We had a few minor questions prior to our stay and the owner was gracious and answered our email within 1-2 hrs.

Quiet property, huge pool, friendly residents, visitors and staff. The view from the balcony watching dolphin, manatee, fish can't be beat. Loved the accessibility to Lover's Key State Park. Gina was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect place to relax and get away.

The perfect combination of location and amenities. This condominium more than exceeded our expectations. I loved mornings on the balcony sipping coffee and watching the dolphins swim below. Sunsets from the balcony were wonderful. The apartment was updated and had everything we needed. We loved the location and proximity to the state park. Using the trolley to get around wasn't a problem.

This is what retirement is supposed to be like. Perfect!

The whole place is a retiree's dream. The views, spectacular sunsets, dolphins swimming right below our balcony, and a beautiful beach on the property. The condo is beautifully decorated with art. It has everything we needed right there. We booked for next year.

An amazing Fort Myers week with a view that lasts

This 9th floor condo overlooks the Gulf and estuaries with a sunset view that's a ten! Convenient to the state park across the street with walking trails, biking, kayaking and shelling. The trolley stops a football field away from the complex so no need for a car. Caught the Red Sox at Jet Blue Park and a boat to Key West for the day. Friendly folks in the building-----all amenities. This place is special and a keeper!
