Good property

House is spread out so 5 Adults could spread out. Only 1 bathroom keeps it from 5 stars. Great proximity to beaches and LI Sound. Just off the historic Old Boston Post Rd. 5 minute drive to DT OS. Stope and see a show at the Kate then a quick bite at Penny Lane Pub. Pizza? Then, it’s off to the Pizza Works next to the railroad station.

Nice getaway on the coast

Had a wonderful time over Christmas at this house. Judy sent a helpful email before our stay and was quick to communicate when we had a question during our stay. Everything was clean and the kitchen was functional. The beautiful Christmas tree was a really special touch. Main living room is a cozy central area with comfortable couches and a huge TV. The house has a great lived-in feel, if that is what you look for in a rental (we do!). We really enjoyed being able to use the classic wood burning stove by the front door of the house. Note that the fireplace in the main living room does not appear to be useable. There are some nice, relatively short walking loops nearby, both wooded and beachy. Otherwise cannot comment much on nearby to-do's under current COVID circumstances. Drawbacks: the water pressure in the shower was not great and some in our party felt that the beds were not particularly comfortable. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!
