It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

We selected this house as our lodging for a girl’s trip because of its location and proximity to the Disney Parks and its safety within a gated community. Other than being a little dated, it worked great for our group! House was clean, host always responded back in a timely manner, and the number of restrooms made getting ready in the morning more manageable. Overall, a pretty solid place!

Nice and quite

Our stay was wonderful. Check-in was easy and everything went smoothe. It was clean, spacious rental and accommodated my family well. We’ve stayed in Emerald Isle twice before and we never had any issues.

Everything was great i dont like to complain about anything and have only one complaint the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very hard but other then that Everything eles was perfect thanks again teresa king

Property looked nice from outside. Went into the house and tried to set the AC temp was 80°, after a couple of hours of having it on it did not go down any. I emailed the host and he sent someone over to look at it. • AC Fan not working (Someone had to come and replace it) • Master bedroom had bed covered with a twin size bed sheet. Half the bed was covered. • 2nd room with (twin and bunk beds) sheets had dirty stains, some dead bugs on the top. Fortune cookie wrappers, and papers. • The twin bed mattress was horrible squeaked every time that you moved, you could feel the springs. • Curtains would come off the support rod as you try opening the curtains. • Shades on the windows would come down off the support. • The floors were not swept or cleaned at all as our socks changed color. • The following morning, we discovered what appeared to be mold right next to the bed frame on the second room (Full size bed). • The faucet in the master bathroom barely had water pressure. • Peanut bag under the couch. • On top of the kitchen cabinet someone left a box possibly tea or something, and there also appears to have been a bullet in front of the box (Noticed when picture was taken) I contacted the host about the bed sheet situation about 11:30PM, and he said he would send some sheets the following morning. He sent for the master bedroom and two for the Bunk beds, and single twin.

Good stay but a little outdated.

The property was big enough for our entire family of 4 but we had 3 complaints. 1st - The beds in the guest bedrooms are older and need to be replaced. 2nd - You'll need to bring hand soap as it was lacking in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. 3rd - The master TV remote did not work at all and since it was a smart tv, we couldnt acess any of the functions. Now onto the good - The AC works fantastic and you won't need to raise it above 70, promise! The ice maker works and had plenty of ice for us. The neighborhood was super quiet and not a lot of traffic at all. Entertainment and food options were plenty and close by. Communication with the host was great, no issues at all. Overall, my family enjoyed the stay.
