Our romantic retreat is situated in a quiet and well-appointed cul de sac on The Ridge at Kapalua. Enjoy imposing direct views of the Pacific Ocean and the internationally famous Kapalua Bay golf course.

Upper bedroom and ground floor living area enjoy panoramic ocean views enriched by the sound of the trade winds and constant rolling waves; relax in the luxuriously landscaped grounds of the Ridge, watching whales returning for the winter and the mystical views of Molokai Island and Honolua Bay. This fully air-conditioned villa has a beautiful grassy front patio with a relaxing table and chairs to absorb the natural magnificence of the Pacific Ocean and local bays, which are truly awe-inspiring.

Easy access to the two available Ridge swimming pools and BBQ area or a short walk to a number of stunning local beaches, including strolling along and watching the sunset from the romantic Kapalua Bay beach, should not be missed. Internationally famed restaurants Merriman’s, Plantation House, Pineapple Grill, Sansei’s Sushi, Montage Cane & Canoe, & Sea House are all within walking distance or a quick free shuttle ride away (Remember that the Kapalua Shuttle bus is only a phone call away and is available for villa guests and will take you anywhere in Kapalua without charge).

This light and airy villa is fully equipped for the most discerning visitor. The gourmet kitchen has been recently redesigned with all new cabinets, granite countertops, appliances including stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, cooker, and microwave, and attractive lighting. Keurig coffee maker and blender complement the high-quality furnishing in the villa. The newly designed ground floor area is decorated in a tasteful contemporary style with a flat-screen television. The contemporary bathroom/shower is breathtaking.

Upstairs, you will again enjoy a spectacular panoramic view on all sides of the master suite. The sunrise over the ocean viewed from the comfort of your own bed or from your private bedroom balcony is unforgettable. There is also a full bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a tub, and a shower.

Additional amenities include front-load, full-size washer and dryer, and ample closet space. High-speed wireless internet is fast and complimentary. The villa has an adjacent covered car parking area with plenty of additional parking space if required.

Beautifully decorated condo on the gold course, near best beaches in Maui

We just returned from our trip to Maui where we first stayed in Grand Wailea resort and then moved to this Ocean View Ridge Villa to explore west Maui. We are so glad we chose this unit which was very nicely decorated, close to two excellent beaches with clearest water, coral reefs and the best of offshore snorkeling. Even though the beaches are in walking distance we preferred to take a shuttle which was never more than 5 min wait and only 5 min ride. We also had breakfast at the nearby Montage hotel which was much better than Grand Wailea's. The famous Merriman's restaurant is nearby as well but it requires advance reservations., so we missed our chance. We also liked Kapalua area which feels more upscale and less crowded than Kaanapali. It could be a bit windy on some days but surprisingly waters in Kapalua and Napili bays are much calmer than in Wailea. The owner is very nice, went extra mile to arrange a few things for us, she was a delight to deal with. I highly recommend this rental.

Gorgeous design, upgraded, modern furnishings, relaxed, convenient location in laid back Kapalua. Super comfortable bed. Responsive host; Oh ya - spectacular views from TWO lanais - if your even thinking about Leila’s condo stop searching and ‘Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Most relaxing stay in Maui

This property is part of the Kapalua Villas. It's about 15 minutes from Lahaina or the west side of Maui. As suggested by the name, it's extremely close to Kapalua Bay, one of the best areas if you want to go snorkeling from the shore. The area has golf courses, tennis courts, pools, ziplining, and plenty of areas to explore. As for the rental, it's gorgeous. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sun light up the ocean from the bedroom is something I'd love to wake up to every morning. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pans, great for any home cooking. I can easily recommend this place for anyone visiting Maui. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Breathtaking views!

The villa is beautiful with stunning views! Great location, quiet, easy to get to shopping, and many awesome restaurants. Cane and Canoe is a wonderful restaurant. The filet was superb! Kapalua Beach is a beautiful beach and about a 3 minute drive. Highly recommend! Leila was very accommodating! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Leila!

Beautiful property, tucked away in a gorgeous neighborhood

The pictures describe the property really well. Everything was awesome, and many things were provided such as beach chairs that were a nice addition. The villa is at the top of a very nice neighborhood, and it feels like it's tucked away so you have a lot of privacy. Definitely a beautiful, affordable option for a stay on Maui!

Immaculate & Gorgeous Villa

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leila's villa! The villa was decorated beautifully and well-appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The privacy of the villa along with the ocean views were highlights of our vacation. Wonderful Kapalua

Perfect Romantic Hideaway

We LOVED this place! It was so spacious, but we kept finding ourselves upstairs in the master bedroom taking in the gorgeous ocean views. It’s very quiet and has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway retreat

This was a great property. The view was exceptional, property was clean and well cared for, owner was quick to respond to any issues, and the area of the Ridge Villas was quiet and serene. Would definitely stay at this property in the future.

3 Nights @ Kapalua

We traveled as a couple and truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as pictured and very spacious. We slept great & felt the mattress was very comfortable. It’s not pictures but we really took advantage of the 2 bathrooms available in this unit. Our host was VERY responsive when we had questions and was able to offer wonderful suggestions for restaurants and attractions. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and would stay again when back in Maui.

The house is well equiped and in a great location with pool, beaches and great walking trails all nearby. The Kapalua shuttle is a great way to get to the local restaurants. Well appointed gorgeous condo

This condo was the last place we stayed on a three legged trip of the islands. By far, it was the most well appointed and immaculate. The place has been decorated gorgeously, with all the amenities one could possibly need. My husband felt two ultra modern chairs in the living room ought to be replaced with something more practical and comfortable but since there are two large, very comfortable couches in the living room as well, we didn’t mind. The bed was super comfortable, more so than my own and has a wonderful view of the ocean. You do not get a direct view of the sunset from this unit but if you don’t mind walking a few yards up to the golf course, then it’s well worth it. We took glasses of wine up there. Facing one way we had misty rain, clouds and gorgeous rainbows, looking overhead we saw a beautiful half moon, then looking west, the most amazing sunset. The beauty here was just astounding. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. We didn’t realize also that it is quite close to Kapalua Bay, Napili Beach, the famed breakfast spot The Gazebo, the SeaHouse restaurant, etcetetera. We also had a lovely sushi dinner at local sushi spot and it was great to be so close to the unit. The Louvered windows throughout allowed us to soak in the wonderful tropical air. Leila was patient with us when we called having trouble getting into the lockbox to release the key as well, haha. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet, luxurious place to stay.

Hollywood meets Hawaii

Arrived in the dead of night, building markers not highly obvious but we found it, access was just as instructed. Loved the space, the upgrades very modern, felt more like LA than Hawaii. Overall gorgeous, funky furniture, great views. Uncontrollable factors- the WINDS, very strong trade winds, thought the roof was gonna fly off and take the sheets with it. I didn’t sleep very well because of it, perhaps a different time of year would have been better. Great location, amazing beach, great swimming and snorkeling.

Traumvilla mitten im Grünen

Diese Villa ist traumhaft gelegen, in einer kleinen Siedlung anderer Villen, direkt am Golfplatz. Die gesamte Villa ist wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und chic. Die Küchengeräte sind nagelneu, das Bett super gemütlich (auch mit Rückenproblemen sehr zu empfehlen). Einziges Manko: Es gibt im Schlafzimmer keine Jalousien, so dass es morgens hell im Zimmer ist. Hat den Vorteil, dass man wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über der Bucht erleben kann wenn man das will :) Denn vom Balkon und von der Terrasse aus schaut man in die wunderschöne Kapalua Bucht, die Ruhe und der Frieden dieses Ortes sind wundervoll. Bis nach Lahaina oder zum wunderschönen Ka´anapali Strand sind es circa 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto, fast direkt vor der Haustür liegt die Napali Bucht, die zum schwimmen und schnorcheln einlädt. Man ist hier nicht direkt am Strand, wer also Ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Es gibt auch einen ABC Store der auch einen Imbiss für Burger und Frühstück hat. Wir sind nur schweren Herzens wieder abgereist, und wünschen uns sehr zurück ins traumgafte Kapalua. Die Eigentümer Leila war bei jeder Frage die wir hatten sofort erreichbar und hat sich mit viel Mühe um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
