You will love this beautiful, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa, a. k. a. the "sugar shack"! Has a washer/dryer, 3 TVs and is convenient to both pools and the beach. Also equipped with wireless high-speed internet connection! There is a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. Maximum occupancy - 4.
Attached carport provides covered parking and there is a BBQ.

When crossing the street, you have access to a beautiful bayside park.


The complex is located near shopping and many local eateries! The Siesta Key Trolley provides free transportation from one end of the key to the other.
