Welcome to Selah Vivienda where you’re invited to unwind in a warm & stylish retreat, nestled in the beautiful Wenatchee Valley. With all year recreation, we are conveniently located within a short drive to: shopping, restaurants and wineries. Stay here when visiting:
- Leavenworth (est. 35 min drive)
- Lake Chelan (est. 40 min. drive),
-The Gorge Amphitheatre (eat. 50 min. drive)

*******IMPORTANT: Selah Vivienda is located in an industrial area. Our family landscaping business runs from the same property but in the back LOWER area of the home while still maintaining privacy for guests. Please be aware there is potential for noise or businesses during the day.
Our property (home & landscaping business) is split into two parcels. The house is located on the upper parcel with it's own access and parking spaces. It does however have a small office OUTSIDE next to the bedrooms where 1-2 employees work during the day (you may see them at times, checking the mail, or taking out/brining in the trash).
Our landscape business runs from the lower parcel but has a separate private entrance to provide access to our buisness employees. On occasions (mostly mornings and afternoons) you may see employees and/or hear business vehicles accessing the landscape business lower area.
Please note that sometimes (especially during the summer time) employees may arrive to the property as early as 6:00 am.
We are available as much or as little as you need us to be. Please feel free to message us with questions or concerns as we are only a short drive away.
Home is in an industrial area and our landscape business is run from the back lower level of the property. Please read: Other things to note section for further details to see if this home is a good choice for you.
Short drive to Costco, Safeway and Fred Meyer.
Guests have access to the entire house and yard however please avoid stepping down into the bottom parcel where landscape business runs.
We designed Selah Vivienda with our guests in mind and created an “aesthetically pleasing” space where you’ll feel right at home. We always put cleanliness as our top priority, and we care about the smallest details that will help make your experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
Step onto our luscious, beautifully landscaped yard for some yard games where you’ll be surrounded by majestic maple and pine trees. The added privacy is a nice way to enjoy a meal with family & friends on our patio table or, take time for yourself and read a book while relaxing on our porch swing.
