This cottage was beautifully presented and cleverly thought out. Cleanliness was supreme -- Also, Tea Gardens is a perfect spot to stay, with lots to do and see. Would highly recommend the area and this cottage to all travelers.

Convenient location,close to beach and river

My family and me we all love it💘 since you open up the ftont door you are walking into paradise outstanding views on the first and also on the second level of the house.The house is very specious,modern and inviting,with very comfortable beds to sleep on.,outside open view shower it is so cute super convenient,we fell in love in this super amazing property,also the property manager was eazy to contact.The property private beach it is just 20 meters away from the house ,send on the beach is so white and soft the water is super warm to swim,very relaxing,quite place it is all you can ask for one super quality family holiday to spent to create unforgettable memories 💘💘💘

Accurately advertised which was greatly appreciated. The tiny home itself was extremely clean and well laid out, and had some beautiful, thoughtful inclusions inside. What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. The fire pit on the deck was the highlight and main reason we chose this one and was perfect. The host, Cameron, provides plenty of wood, tinder, and matches. All easy to access. We were pretty enthusiastic with the fire so requested some more wood to be sure and it was no drama. Cameron was happy to grab more from up top and bring it down. The tiny home, location, included bonuses and amenities were all perfect. Plenty of wildlife to spot, beautiful location and a really nice drive to get there. Cameron was a fantastic host with great and clear communication. No nasty surprises or let downs at all, definitely book this place and have a drama free break.

Great place to relax- a home away from home.

This is an amazing property with lots of space for large families, having two large sitting rooms, two large verandahs, one upstairs and one downstairs. Kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need. Meticulously clean. Beautifully decorated. Large outdoor table and chairs. Gorgeous sheltered pool area with sun lounges. Off street parking to comfortably fit 4 cars. We honestly could not find fault with this amazing property. It far exceeded our expectations. We all had such a great time here and would love to come back. Thank you to the owners for sharing this beautiful home. If you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed. HINT: The website states 4 queen beds & 2 singles but our queen sheets would not fit, as the beds seem very long. It would be wise to bring all flat sheets and no fitted sheets.
