This family holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a covered alfresco area for outdoor dining.

The property is located close the Myall River, plenty of room for the boat, and short walk to the local golf course. The house is only a 10-minute walk to shops, beaches & Myall River.

This property has a spacious, sun drenched living room with attached rear balcony, and lots of space for families. Downstairs a large bunk room/ living room for the children, additional shower in the laundry. The upper level deck is the perfect place to catch the sea breeze and enjoy a morning coffee. Sleeps 9, upstairs (2 queens and a duo -bunk) and downstairs (1 set single bunks), PET Friendly (outside only) Fully secure yard for children and beloved pets.

Very peaceful

It was a lovely place to stay nice and quiet. A very well equipped place to stay. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The kids loved the room down stairs their own space. We would definitely recommend it 👍

This stay was not an entirely negative one, however we were unfortunately disappointed. PROS: The location of the house was good as it was only a short drive to all shops and beaches. The backyard was a great size for our three dogs to play, and had a very lovely alfresco with seating and BBQ for the warm nights. The kitchen was well equipped and there were lots of beds to choose from. CONS: When we arrived, the lawn in the backyard was overgrown and had random dog poo’s scattered throughout. The cleanliness of the house was disappointing, as we found old popcorn shoved in between the lounge cushions, dust on all surfaces and behind the furniture, and random pieces of rubbish shoved behind the furniture. The toaster was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the knives were all blunt. The pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable, and the duvet’s provided looked like they had never been washed. Lastly, we suspect there were bed bugs in the beds as everyone became extremely itchy on the first day we arrived and are still itchy three days post leaving.

Enjoyable stay

Apart from the very dirty outside BBQ area and us having to clean this before using it, the property was good. Bathrooms could have been cleaned more too. Close to the Hawks Nest shops and a 10min walk to the beach and lake. Great area to take your dog as there are lots of dog beaches.
