Modern three bedroom duplex with ensuite to main. Open plan living and a spacious outdoor living area. This property is located within walking distance to both Bennett's and Jimmy's beaches.

You will really feel like you're on holidays when you stay at this wonderful property It is peaceful and relaxing here, the deck areas are the perfect place for entertaining and overlooks the beautifully shady gardens.

Important Points

-Minimum fence height 1350mm.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

Disappointing

We had to book this townhouse in a rush, after the last Stayz host cancelled on us at the last minute, and there was not much choice. This could be a great property, as it's in a great location, close to the beaches and shops. However it was pretty tired, and really (and I do mean really) dirty. I would recommend taking all your own mattress covers, blankets, and pillows etc. Thankfully the Real Estate agent did waive the cleaning fee, but it really needs a thorough spring clean. Please note there is no WiFi either.
