Brand new 3 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms townhome with private pool

Please contact us for monthly specials (up to 3 months). Brand New vacation home. This property has been tastefully decorated by an interior designer. The pictures don't reflect the beauty of this 3 bedrooms-3 baths home with private south-facing (plunge) pool. It has no rear neighbors and it's facing a conservation area. Downstairs you will have a queen size bed with a private bathroom. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a private bathroom. Enjoy the privacy (covered lanai), the space (each bedroom has its private bathroom) and the amenities: private plunge pool, TV's in all rooms (WIFI connected TV's), complimentary access to the community clubhouse (pool, game room, gym, kids playground). And on top of that, the property is close to all stores (24/7 Walmart supermarket: 5 min drive) and to all restaurants and major theme parks (Disney: 17-20 min drive). *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

You really need to replace the mattresses!

The house is really quite nice and up to date and clean. The TV's were awful, due to the lack of explanation of the 6 remotes for 3 Roku TV's and the mattresses -- OMG the downstairs was so bad you could feel the springs each time you moved, I awoke with a back ache every morning!!

Interrupted Stay Problem

We came back to the property after a day out & found that the cleaning crew had entered the property by mistake. They had stripped all the beds, started to wash sheets & left them in the dryer. Also we found all our towels thrown into a closet & were all wet. Someone had taken our expensive shampoo from one of the bathrooms & also had taken our laundry detergent. After contacting someone after office hours, the cleaning service had denied taking our products but had reluctantly returned our laundry detergent. We were unable to take showers until we had washed & dried the towels. So a long day out turned into an even longer night. Someone from the crew came to make all the beds but unfortunately we had to wait awhile before they showed up. We were very disappointed in our stay at this property.

Lovely home
