Universal Trip

The property was just as described. It was beautiful, clean and perfect for our long weekend. The splash pool was perfect to cool off and relax in. It was a perfect stay.

Yes the facility was old and out dated the mattress had stains all over them looked like someone was killed downstairs bedroom.The furniture was 15 years old. Corporate owned for sure, No one cares about the place. The sitting pool heating unit didn’t work and I am sure hasn’t worked in years and instead of telling me that they started charging me for heat that never worked, pool hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The pool house was described as a pool and hottub for VRBO but was the community pool that also didn’t work the hot tub was 50 degrees and miserable. When we showed up there was a duck on the ceiling. The remotes didn’t work the batteries were old and not new. These places should be taken care of and are not.Dryer vent hasn’t been cleaned in months or years and had to leave door open so it would get extremely wet inside. Was a terrible experience and will be on VRBO expressing my dissatisfaction. This place needs new management who cares and the facility needs money put into it. A lot of upgrades needed.

Rundown & Misrepresented

Outdated damaged furniture, Broken and missing window treatments, no access to the pool or fitness area, not a gated community, poorly supplied kitchen and linens, basically nothing that we wanted the rental for other than a place to sleep.

Luxury Condo Clermont

This place has such potential, if only the home owner took some pride in ownership.Everything was extremely dated. Furniture was unusable, sliding window doors all blinds were non functional with many slats missing. The couch was a sleeper that the bed inside was broken to the point it was laying on the floor. There was an 8 inch gap in the back of the sofa cushions and the back of the couch. It stunk like a frat house after a weekend party. The carpets were so worn you were tripping over the creases. I have stayed in this complex before and this type of rental seems to be prevalent . What they were asking for price wise did not meet what you should have gotten. The dryer was broke and took 10 days of our 3 week trip to get it fixed. I would never return to this particular unit again.No privacy due to this.

The microwave did not heat up food. The downstairs toilet overflowed the first night. The blinds were broken and missing. Did not get much privacy from upstairs balcony door. The trash from the previous renter was not dumped properly therefore I couldn’t add my trash. The was hot tub was dirty and no access to heating it.
