The Olive exclusive holiday home is your perfect retreat for your next holiday. Like a true oasis of peace and tranquility, this luxurious villa will provide the ideal sanctuary for all admirers of the Mediterranean climate. A private speedboat tour to discover the Trogir archipelago can be arranged for you at an additional cost. The trip includes visits to the islands of Drvenik Mali and Drvenik Veli, with a final stop at the famous Blue Lagoon. The exact day of the trip should be chosen at least 7 days in advance.

The Olive exclusive is a luxurious four-star villa near the city of Trogir, offering the perfect blend of a natural environment and modern technology.

The entrance floor includes a living room, kitchen, and master bedroom #1. From the main door, you enter a small hallway, with access to a toilette on the left and the first master bedroom on the right, featuring an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Straight ahead, you’ll find an open space living room with breathtaking sea views, a huge sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, and a complete set of cookware. From the living area, you can access the pool terrace, which is equipped with sunbeds and a large outdoor dining table for 8 people. The 24m² pool is located on the lower floor, with a terrace featuring sun chairs, beach towels, and an external shower.

The lower floor includes master bedroom #2, twin bedroom #3, and double bedroom #4. Accessed via an indoor staircase, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom can be configured as a twin room if needed. All the beds are box spring beds, ensuring comfort. Bedrooms #2 and #3 have access to a patio with outdoor furniture next to the BBQ, while bedroom #4 offers a private terrace with sea views and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom features a double sink and a walk-in shower, bedroom #3 has a bathtub and single sink, and bedroom #4 has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes, and toiletries are also provided.

The Olive Exclusive Villa is EVERYTHING it says on the listing (albeit quite a steep hill to get to it). Its beautiful with absolutely stunning views. We had thunder and lightning as well as blue sunny skies and whatever the weather the views remained stunning. The villa had all the amenities you needed, including towels and beach towels. Stunning, just stunning. No complaints her whatsoever!

The most famous beach of the area, the main one, which is almost 2 km long with bars and cafés is at only 5minutes drive from the property. From there, in the summer time there is boat connection to Trogir every 15 minutes. If you want to explore the surrounding islands, the best way is to rent one of our speedboats. Our skippers will drive you to the best beaches and hidden bays of the Dalmatia. Relaxing landscapes, romantic views and narrow streets, near a world heritage site, with a great culinary offer and beautiful surrounding nature ideal for adrenaline adventures or zen walks.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, ice maker. From this open space you have access to a huge terrace with the sea view with outdoor furniture and a heated swimming pool. There is one en-suite bedroom on the floor. The ground floor has 3 more en-suite bedrooms. One of bedrooms has a small patio with the sea view. There is a laundry room with a dryer and a washing machine on the same floor.
