the house was awesome, very clean and well stocked in the kitchen with plenty of room inside and a great screened porch outside.Plenty of parking too for your boat & trailer, 5 minute drive to the marina so very convenient as well. Amanda was awesome and responds quickly to answer any questions you might have.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy, and we made so many special memories during our time here. Highly recommend—would definitely stay again!

we really could not have booked a more accommodating, property. We found it to be perfect for our large gatherings. The screened in porch was a bonus. Ice Maker super bonus. We had one huge emergency and from beginning to end, maybe 2.5 hours. Price was a little pricey, since the emergency situation put us in a bad spot for a little while. but we made it work. The roads getting to the property are really rough right now, All the rain did not help. Clean is a understatement, it was spotless. One thing to know is most BNB in are past usually have items that past guest leave, like sugar, flour and maybe cookie sheets and pans. If you book, assume nothing but salt and pepper and a spice rack. We totally enjoyed our stay. If we decide to go back to Steinhatchee that place will be our #1 pick. Thank you to the host and the owners for a great place. A couple items to note about the area. The Marina down the street, avoid. Prices are just plain ridiculous. The food the same. Fiddles down a little further, was 100% better. Groceries, Dollar General did not disappoint. Renting a slip at SunPlace resort was perfect location. 45 a nite,

Hi Mary. Thank you for the review. Im glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have texted about the cookie sheets and pans. They are in the drawer below the oven and 3 pans in the cabinet with the full set plus of pots. I do make sure the kitchen has everything needed to be able to cook whatever is on your menu. Our stay at the Nest

This property was perfect for our group. The owners keep the place neat and well maintained. Really liked the screened-in porch - perfect for a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

Super comfy spot in The Hatch

Lots of room, beautiful place, plenty of kitchen stuff to cook with. Comfy beds, lovely porch, and awesome outdoor shower! We loved it! Communication with managers was super nice and very quick! Definitely will book again!

Scalloping 2023

Enjoyed time on porch reminiscing about the day on the Gulf. Super clean house with everything thing we needed to a comfortable weekend. Plenty of parking. We’ll be back next year!!

Perfect fFit

The large kitchen for cooking and group area plus the screened in porch with seating and grill plus ice chest was perfect for lesiure time Also the carport and outdoor shower was exciting. Perfect place for a bunch like mine. I will be back Amanda

Priceless Memories

Loved it!! Very welcoming!! Extremely clean!! After days of scalloping the outside shower was a hit and the AC was kicking!! So spacious indoors and out. We have family that lives near and they were able to join us for the evenings for dinners & card games. Priceless Memories!! Thank you & we look forward to next year!!

Lots of Room to Spread Out!

This is a great home, lots of room to spread out! Kitchen is open, spaciaoi and has all you need. Bring some extra spices if you plan on cooking. Porch is a highlight! There's 2 large oscillating fans that make it feel hreat to sit outside with no bugs! Owner's are on top of any issues you may have!!! Will return for sure!

Scallop vacation

Awesome place to stay. Super clean and decorated so cute. Big screen porch with tv. A great place to enjoy family and friends. The scallops where great too. And the boat marina is maybe a mile down the road. Great location. Will definitely book here again.

Great property and very spacious! Loved our stay!
