It is one of the best Rijeka locations (eastern part of the city).
From the balcony you have a view of island of Krk and Mount Učka as well as part of the Rijeka center.
A nearest beach is 170m away and a big shopping mall at 380m (Tower Center Rijeka). Distance to down-town of Rijeka is 1.6km.
Everything you find at apartment is at your disposal including: fully equipped kitchen, 50" flat screen TV with 120 channels, WiFi flat internet, refrigerator, air conditioning units, clothing iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, microwave owen, washing machine, clothes drying rack, shampoos and shower gels...
Bigger balcony has a table and chairs for enjoying the fresh air with retractable balcony sun shade.
In front of the building there is a parking lot for tenants that you can use to park your vehicle for free. Under the building, on the beautiful tree shaded main road you can park for free also.

My parents acquired this apartment when I was a child. I lived in the apartment from my early childhood until starting my own family. I have many nice memories of living there and I am strongly connected to it.
