Just what we needed. Close to airport. We walked to Trader Joe’s for food. Quiet neighborhood. Space for 5 women to have private sleeping quarters. More towels would be appreciated so we could avoid washing towels on our vacation. We visited Norwich, Stowe, Montpelier, Shelburne, and the Von Trapp area. All day trips.

Clean,quiet place, plenty of parking!

Super cute place with plenty of floors and beds to spread out and have your own space! Showers had plenty of hot water for our girls! Kitchen has a bunch of dishes and pans but bring your own condiments. Owner was very responsive and respectful of our privacy! Thank you, would love to stay here again!

Convenient to college commencement

We were a group of 6 adults and 1 teen who had plenty of room in this home. All of us appreciated the high quality bed linens and bath towels, far superior to many rental properties. The kitchen is very well stocked. The rooms were a little dark, in large part due to the rainy weather. There was room to park 2 cars in the driveway.

Convenient with plenty of beds

Very convenient location for our needs. Close to airport. Walking distance to a variety of stores. The number of beds was great for our party of 7 adults and 2 children. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the listinglisting buy afspictured.

Weekend Getaway in Burlington!

This place was great! Comfortable and as advertised for a group of 8 of us that spent the weekend in Burlington. Plenty of room and was in great shape. We hope to stay here again next year; hopefully the Pond Hockey Tournament doesn't get cancelled again!

Great home base

This location was in the middle of everything we wanted. The home was enough to sleep 8 adult men perfectly fine. The home was clean and sufficient towels were provided. Great access to local shops and nearby all major roadways

Very convenient, clean home near UVM campus.

The interior of the house is clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Andy was incredibly helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to visit their children at UVM. It was also dog friendly.

Great location for UVM graduation

We had a great stay at Andy’s place. Spacious and clean, and a quick walk to Trader Joe’s. We enjoyed the outdoor deck very much. Great kitchen appliances especially the roomy fridge. Please consider replacing the bedside tables in the primary bedroom as they are peeling and chipping on the top surfaces and take away from the overall appearance of the room.

Vermont Family Vacation for 12!

3 families and I stayed there over the holidays and this beautiful Vermont home met all of our expectations. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was great with stores and restaurants nearby. The ski resort was an easy 45 min drive away but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle so we had our privacy. We would recommend this home for any families looking for plenty of space for the kids to run around but who also want their own privacy and to feel like they have a real 'vacation' home with all of the amenities and luxuries. Also - the house manager was there to meet us and answer all of our questions even through the holidays were on when we couldn't get a dinner reservation! A+ for service!

Felt like home

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It felt warm and inviting, just like home. There were only 4 of us staying there but there was room for at least 11 or 12. The rooms were set up really nice and there was a bathroom for each of us on the second floor and one in the basement. Everything was very, very clean and having a a washer and dryer to due wash was really nice! We talked about if we would ever come again which we would definitely stay again! One thing we thought about was there was no bathroom on the main floor if you have elderly people who had trouble with stairs but it was fine for all of us. There is however a futon they could stay on in the main floor. The property was in a very nice neighbor hood and it did not take long to get to Burlington, Shelburne, or even Stowe and Waterbury. Thank you for having such a nice place to stay Andy.

Great central location for Girls Getaway

The property was very clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Beds and bedrooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms were as described. Nice clean, open property. Perfect for the 6 of us ladies to stay and explore the Burlington area. Reservation and communication were great. We got our code to the door earlier than some properties we have stayed in. Very much appreciated since we were all coming from different states! Bedding was great and towels were nice. Very nice overall property. The only improvements would be dressers in the bedrooms, and a decent frying pan. The kitchen is smaller that is appears in the pictures, but we made it work. Great refrigerator. It was odd that the only bathrooms were on the second floor, and the limited toilet and sink in the basement. It worked. We only wish we were there to enjoy the deck! We very much enjoyed our stay.

Just OK for our group of 12

The house was clean but had a STRONG smell of cleaner when we arrived. We had to air the place out for several hours. there is no bathroom on the main floor. We enjoyed our stay mainly because we are family and like each other but "Sleeps 12" is a stretch. The basement is not really suitable for a bedroom as there is no A/C, the toilet is "pee only" (Nearest real toilet is on second floor) and there was a strong smell of moth balls from the locked closet, probably to keep the mice away (Yup we saw one and saw evidence). On the upside, it really is close to everything and it is a nice neighborhood. I only interacted with the owners by text but they seemed nice. I would rent again but not with more than 6.

August Visit

The home is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We suggest adding an optional coffee maker (for servicing larger gatherings) to accompany the single-serve K-Cup machine. The large dining room table worked well for the ten of us (four guests and six family members who live locally) for our Sunday Brunch gathering we enjoyed sitting on the very private back deck in the cool evening, with its fine view of the wooded area in the back yard. Two of us braved the 90 degree heat and walked the delightful neighborhood streets in the well-kept subdivision every day. The steep stairs (approximately 45 degree slope) to the second floor and the basement were concerning to the elderly guests and local family members, but all were physically able to navigate them safely except for one with a knee problem. Fortunately, he had no need to access a restroom during our gathering. Our tallest family member pointed out that the porch railing is less than 42" high (code). This could be easily updated by installing a horizontal cable or railing attached to the existing posts. Proximity to the airport, grocery stores, the four homes of our local family, and all the wonderful things in the Burlington area was important to our decision in renting the home.

Very nice home, interesting layout

This home was very clean, and the attached garage was great for storing bikes and scooters. Not having a bathroom (even a powder room) on the main floor was inconvenient, and the bathrooms upstairs were very small.
