On the slopes of the Rasa Bay, in a small welcoming village Sutivanac lies a beautiful Villa D'Arsa. On a large plot of over 2,500 m2 the villa offers a view on the mountain Učka and Rasa bay. Only a half hour drive by car will get you to beautiful Istrian beaches.
On the spacious garden there is a large biodesigned 45 m2 swimming pool, playground and plenty of space for careless enjoyment in the summer. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.
Villa D'Arsa can accommodate 8 guests in 3 modern bedrooms with double beds. All rooms have satellite TV and air conditioning and own bathroom.
The kitchen is designed in rustic style and contains all the necessary appliances and spices for the tastiest dishes.
