• 750 + sq. ft. private apartment on 2 floors is spacious with a loft-like feel.

• Master bedroom on lower level has: King bed with very comfortable memory foam mattress, TV, dresser, laundry and utility sink.
• A Queen Murphy bed is on the main floor, sleeps 2 more guests and folds away in the dining area. A Queen or Full Aerobed can also be provided for an extra charge.
• Large 1/2 bath on the main floor.
• Full bath in basement with large walk-in shower, toiletries, towels, etc.
• Very fast internet and a dedicated work desk.
• Living area is appointed with higher-end furnishings, a huge theater-like tv with a sound bar and Firestick.

Misc:
This is 1 of 4 separate units all on the same property.

The host can grant access to a gas grill with permission.

The area is very safe and well lit. There’s a security system with exterior cameras. Local police and sheriff are always in very close proximity as well.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
Families are welcome but we may require an extra security deposit for children under 12. As stated, the apartment accommodates up to 6 people. 4 very comfortably. 2 on the the King bed and 2 on the Queen Murphy bed. Up to 2-3 more can be accommodated on air beds at an extra charge. No sleeping on the leather sectional. The limit is 6 persons. Please inquire for special sleeping arrangements.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLS
Upper Level Heat:
There are 3 electric convection wall heaters.
Upper Level AC:
There is an 18,000 BTU window unit and is controlled with a remote. The unit will be installed in the Spring once the warmer weather starts
Lower Level Heat:
There is a convection wall heater and a space heater in the bedroom. The bathroom has a wall heater next to the toilet. There are more supplemental space heaters if needed.
Lower Level AC:
A portable AC will be installed during the summer months. There’s also a dehumidifier.

LENGTH OF STAYS & DISCOUNTS
For long term stays an additional security deposit may be required. Unfortunately, I do not commit to short term stay inquiries (3 days or more) several months in advance. SORRY, NO OTHER DISCOUNTS OUTSIDE THE WEEKLY DISCOUNT FOR UNDER 30 DAYS. Keep in mind the price as quoted includes the 10% weekly and 20% monthly discounts.

PETS
Overall we have a NO PETS policy. Small pets under 60 lbs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be charged a $25/nt or $100/mo per animal fee. Service animals may require documentation of proof. Support animals will require a filled out questionnaire as well as documentation. A final walk-through will also be required prior to departure. Regardless of classification type, guests are responsible for any damage or extensive cleaning due to their animals. This may be in addition to the $250 security deposit, which will not be returned depending on the severity of the damage.
