This was a great place for our family to stay. The condo was clean and looked to be recently updated with new appliances. The main bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, but the other beds were so hard, that the teenager slept on the couch. Still, I would stay here again!
The house was delightful, the problem was that we tried to speak with somebody and we never had answer. The information about rental is in an app, so you don’t can’t send DM to nobody.

Reviewer Comments:
All in all this place was comfortable and clean for our family and friends. Sue is very sweet and responds quickly. I would say maybe a few things have been recently renovated but not the entire home. Some things are still dated. Why not just throw away the two broken chairs on the porch? Those are still there as mentioned in earlier reviews. One of the bedroom beds had a badly broken box spring which made for a long uncomfortable sleep on the first night. However, moving the mattress straight to the floor helped. It was great having laundry in the unit and the kitchen is very well equipped. The garage is not really practical as it’s super tiny. It’s more of a storage at best. However there is lots of parking nearby. Also, if you read that Goldfish properties offers discounted Diamond peak tickets that is not the case anymore. We were planning to use that perk but found out after booking that they don’t offer that which was disappointing. All in all I would recommend this place. It was very clean and in a good location.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
It is not thing like they put in pictures or text
Simply horrible:- Do not let these pictures or descriptions fool you. This place is super dark even in the morning. as we had all the lights on and it was still very dark.
- The whole unit is very outdated and they claim it to be an updated unit. The only updated part is the granite stove top and the fridge. Interesting to know that part of our vegetable got frozen inside the fridge and we couldn't find the right setting.- Very old stove which is barely working, old Microwave with a completely missing handle, hard to open trash compactor, no Kettle until we called in and we got a broken electrical kettle. You had to stay on it and keep pushing it down until the water started to boil.- Comfort of 3 beds: level of 1 out of five stars. One was so horrible that two of us chose to sleep on the floor after the first night. Yes we paid high prices and slept on the floor for four nights. The mattresses are so old and so worn that you sank in them. Upstairs there are two futon beds. One of them almost with a plastic surface. They didn't even have a mattress cover on it.- The communication with the property management was another catastrophe. They are rude. They do not listen to you. As we called on the first day and told them about the level of comfort of beds and the poor kitchen, The only thing they said was that they can drop some pots and pans and some blankets. They brought two thin blankets that you might take for a picnic with you and the broken electrical kettle.- We asked if we can at least get some discount on this expensive fee and they said we talk to the owner and we call you back. They never did.- In the description they say two stories home. In reality it is a three story townhouse.- If you have anybody with a disability or knee problem: Just stay away: Nothing in this house will meet half of the comfort level for them. Not even!
- Please make sure that you read the whole text. Because of COVID the access to the incline beach and facilities is limited to residents only. Don’t pay the extra fee to stay in incline. You can get better properties for less in other parts of Tahoe not that the private beach access is not included. Simply horrible!
