***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS AND AMENITIES…
Enjoy an open floor plan on the lower level beginning with a fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and a convenient bar top with seating for 2. An indoor dining table for 4 allows for family meals together enjoying your fresh catch of the day! Steps ahead lies the living area for your day's end lounging and card night. Tile floors on the first level and natural lighting all around this fresh space creates a tropical ambiance for your island retreat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
Travel up the staircase to find two guest bedrooms. The master king suite comes equipped with tv, an en suite full bathroom with a shower and an adjoining office space with a writing table for those working remotely. Steps down the hallway is another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and washer/dryer set. Following the bathroom is the second guest bedroom with a queen bed, tv and French doors that open up to a balcony with seating for 2 that overlooks the lush, tropical community. There are additional sleeping arrangements on the full size sofa sleeper downstairs and a convenient powder room nearby.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
A private and covered outdoor space with dining for 6 and an electric grill makes for an enjoyable mealtime together relishing the evening's island breeze. A convenient side gate into the back patio makes for frequent bike trips around town. This home is a short walking distance to the Truman Annex community pool as well as all the island’s main attractions to include Ft. Zachary State Park and the Truman Little White House.

PARKING...
This home does offer parking for one vehicle, but oversized trucks and extra large SUV's are not permitted and will have to park outside of this community. Maximum vehicle length is 18 feet. The parking spot is a short walking distance from the home.

This is not a pet friendly home.

For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Lovely place to stay!

We come to Key West every summer and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. It was bright and airy, sparkling clean and everything felt fresh and inviting.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful property, excellent location

Key West is very walkable and the Blue Bungalow is a great place to start - Truman Waterfront Park and Zachary Taylor State Park in one direction, The Green Parrot and Duval Street in the other. Whitney was a great host - very responsive. Well furnished property. Cleanliness was outstanding. Just a wonderful place to experience paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful well kept and located a few blocks from Duval Street where bars and many restaurants. Also near a beach that you can walk to.

Lovely Place

The Blue Bungalow was as advertised - clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was in a convenient location to the heart of downtown so that almost everything was within walking distance.

We had an amazing time! Our townhome was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 5 adults. Location was perfect too! We spent many days at the Fort Zachary Beach and walked everywhere. So convenient to all areas of Key West which was perfect!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was so clean and so cold just what we needed after a humid day running around key west! The distance from Duval was perfect we spent most of our nights at the green parrot because it was so close!

Great Location

Our family of four adults, one teen thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed, aesthetically pleasing condo located in a quiet neighborhood. We did not need a vehicle during our one week stay as Duval Street and Mallory Square were within a short walking distance. Five stars all around!

Perfect Week at a Wonderful Townhome

The location of this unit is perfect in that you can walk everywhere (restaurants, shops, sites etc). The decor of this wonderful home is tropical, light and airy. The whole Truman Annex is wonderful area to stay in. It was a wonderful week!

Great Location

Location was fantastic. Easy walk to all of Old Town Key West. The car stayed parked all but one day. Cozy townhome for 4. Service with the property management company was great—easy and accommodating.

Fun times and great memories ❤️

The neighborhood was nice and close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Annex park is close by with walking and jogging areas at the park. The staff was knowledgeable and quick to respond with questions or issues. The parking spot for the condo was not convenient and the bathrooms were small and the beds were not comfortable.

Key West Fun

The condo was accurately represented. Plenty of room for 2 couples. It had updated appliances and was very clean and maintained. The location was perfect just 2 blocks away from Duval and all the Key West activities. Far enough away from all the noise but close enough to walk to everything. The only opportunity that took away from the stay was that there was roofing construction going on in several buildings including the condo next store. The noise from the nailing and compressors running kept us from being able to enjoy the outside covered deck as well as any chance of a peaceful siesta during the day. The construction crew also stored their equipment and supplies right behind our outdoor deck area which was a bit messy and disruptive. If I would have known this was going on at the time of my stay, I would have looked elsewhere.
