Key West Beachfront Luxury 2/2 Condo A212

Sale on for June thru Aug construction by the pool. This Luxury unit is 1375 sq ft of breath taking beachfront living space in this tropical complex. Great views from the 40 foot deck which encompasses the whole unit. Every room has a spectacular view of the tropical Nature Preserve and the Atlantic Ocean. The complex is oceanfront with an Olympic heated pool and gigantic hot tub right on the Ocean. Other amenities include three lighted tennis courts, one clay, two paddleball court, and a his and hers sauna and a gym. Our unit has a 65 inch TV in the living room 55 in TV both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet in every room. Underground free private parking space. The linens, towels, and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs and umbrellas
There are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite has a king bed with hardwood floors and a gigantic travertine bathroom with dual sinks, air jet tub and walk in shower. The guest bathroom has walk in travertine shower . The guest room has a queen bed and twin bed. The living room has a beautiful leather pull out couch. The granite kitchen is a great size for the vacationing gourmets. It is fully-equipped with all appliance including 2 blenders, toaster, and both kuerig and regular coffee maker. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure your stay is comfortable.
The non-smoking unit is approximately 50 feet from the ocean. A short walk will take you from our private beach front to the famous public Smather's Beach. We are only ten minutes from Duval Street.
Check in time is 4PM. Check out is 10AM. .
You must be 25 or older to rent this unit. Not available to spring break students. Please indicate the number of adults and children in your inquiry, and give the ages of the children. This unit can accommodate 6 people.
Hurricane Refund Policy: I recommend trip insurance since the hurricane polices are constantly changing. Spalling project has started on the other building it should not impact your stay but will impact your enjoyment of the pool. Smathers beach is right next door if you prefer quiet.

Our host Kathy was very responsive and provided us with great information insuring we had a great time in Key West! The location was awesome as it is only a 10 minute bike ride to Duval St., the main drag in Key West! There are other restaurants located on the beach within a mile from where we stayed! The Condo had everything we needed!

Fantastic condo. Super close to the airport. The amenities at the condo are great and well maintained - pool and hot tub were clean and warm, exercise room, and rec center were nice. The bathtub in the master bedroom was so lovely for those who enjoy a nice soak! Kathy was super nice and communicative. My mom recently had a hip replacement and she was able to get around really easily.

We were happy with the condo, amenities and location. The location was quiet, close to the airport and only short golf cart drives to activities. We had beach views off the balcony and views of the nature preserve. We did try the tennis courts and found out we are awful at tennis, I’ll stick to pickleball Pool was fantastic as well as pool area. The hot tub was closed for until our last evening.Traveling with a specials needs adult, washer and a dryer are a must and was available in the condo.It was dark when we arrived after significant delays and the cab driver basically dumped us off. Thankfully I was able to call/text the owners and they were able to direct me to the right building. ( look at the canopy saying east or west) I definitely would come back!!!

Condo is spacious and has everything guests need. The grounds leading to the pool and the pool and waterfront area are gorgeous and have a resort feel. We loved relaxing at the pool and enjoying the beautiful ocean views. It was perfect for our family and we would stay here again!
