A garden in paradise
Large, spacious, bright and green single storey house in a pleasant environment and integration for the eyes, the spirit and the body. Every social area in the same plane. Six (6) living environments accommodate various social / family groups making the meetings very enjoyable. The lower floor, where leisure is, has a 3-waterfall pool, whirlpool spa, dry sauna, hot tubs (under maintenance), full barbecue and lush landscaping to fill your eyes. There are 4 bedrooms, isolated, 3 with large balcony, facing the pool. Many fitted wardrobes and worktops for computer and work.

Estamos em pleno verão. Os dias são muito quentes. A água não está fria. Está refrescante, um pouquinho abaixo da temperatura externa.
Mas, de qualquer maneira, temos um sistema de aquecimento solar instalado e que, em breve, estará amornando a água da piscina e do spa. Neste momento está em manutenção.

O locador foi bastante prestativo mostrando a casa e explicando como tudo funcionava. É uma casa muito bonita, em uma região bem tranquila em Alphaville. Recomendo muito.
