The property is well represented in the photo's. It was clean and we found it easily using Google Maps. The kitchen is adequately stock but we did not due much cooking during our time. Amenities are good, and setting is very peaceful and quiet. The host is very responsive. It served us very well as we visited the Ark Encounter.

The cabin being surrounded by nature was the solitude we needed. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs listening to the rain and wild life was so relaxing. The big picture windows in the bedroom felt like you were waking up in the woods but with the comforts of home.

Fantastic place! Beautiful rooms and windows, very secluded. We spent long mornings drinking coffee on the porch and walking up the gravel driveway and back just to enjoy some peace and quiet from everyday life. Close to the Ark encounter and some other places, but honestly we just wanted to stay in the cabin the entire time. If you want to unplug and wind down, this is the spot. Jarrold, the host, was awesome and went above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend!

It was what we expected. A remote get away in the middle of no where. Complete silence, except for the occasional woodpecker and wild turkey gobling in the distance. Great place to get away from everything for a weekend. The only thing that would have made it better would be a fire pit for a camp fite. Unfortunately the area is under a no burn ordinance so no fires are allowed. Outside of that, it was perfect.

Very quiet, very comfortable, all in all, a cute little place to spend a day or two. Our host was very accommodating and our check in went very smoothly. I'd stay again.

Cell phone is not good for Verizon customers but AT&T and affiliate companies like Consumer Cellular have good phone and data reception

If your looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful country side of Kentucky this is the place to go. The cabin was beautiful - clean, secluded and quiet. The owner was very kind and communicated to make sure all went well.
