Ammos Sea View features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.

There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 of them have double beds and the third one has a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub.

The house is fully air-conditioned except for the small bedroom with the single sofabed, The house also offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
Ayia Napa Ammos Seaview Villa offers the best of both worlds. A beautiful white sand beach less than one minute's walk away and the centre of one of the most cosmopolitan town in Eastern Mediterranean less than 5 minutes' driving. Nevertheless, even though this property is in the centre of everything it is somewhat secluded and relatively quiet.

Guests can visit Ayia Napa to enjoy a traditional fish meze or take a boat trip as well as to walk to Nissi Beach to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world and a cool cocktail.

This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

Beautiful sea view and nice kitchen Bathroom needs modernising, bedrooms need more sockets one bedroom didn't have any! No dressing table with mirror to get ready for evening out. Outside lights didn't work and needs new fridge freezer. Outside terrace unsafe in parts spongy and felt like could collapse in parts! No drive outside all rubble and kerb needs dropping to access villa.
