This luxurious large villa located in the heart of Herne Bay/St Marys Bay has four bedrooms (one of which can also be used an office), two large lounges and two bathrooms. Open the wide glass doors to a landscaped garden with a beautiful outdoor terrace and a fireplace. Luxury features include a wine fridge, European appliances in kitchen, gas central heating and air-conditioning. The large family living room comes with a curved flat screen 55' TV and a projector with a screening canvas.

Kick back and relax in the large garden with private alfresco dining. Beautifully presented throughout with central heating/aircon for your comfort, full kitchen facilities, Nespresso machine, unlimited Fibre broadband, Flat screen TV (with Bluetooth sound bar) and screening canvas all set up ready to go with Netflix and Freeview (live TV).

Indoor fireplace in then bedroom is decorative only. The outdoor firepit and the gas fireplace in the living room are safe to use.
