Wonderful location. This spot worked out very well for our family. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I will say, if you're tall there are some challenges with the shower and stairs but that didn't stop anyone from having a blast!!!

Great family vacation. Brought the kids to where I vacationed when I was a kid. We didn’t want to leave! Brought back so many memories. We will be back next year.

Beach family vibe

What a vacation! We met the other renters and had a blast. We are like family now. We plan on staying together again. We were told it was an unusual event. I highly recommend you do that.

Family getaway

We had an amazing time. Great location with a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a convenience store and coffee shop right down the street, as well, and a laundromat. The house was very clean and had a fully equipped kitchen making it easy to feed a family. Highly recommended, we all had a wonderful time. Owners were very accommodating and easy to get ahold of.

Not what I expected

The place was much smaller then what the photos of the property suggested. It does not have 3 bedrooms as listed but 2. The place is quite outdated and we have rented more place for less money in previous years. It does have a great location, very close to the beach.

Very sorry you felt this way about our cottage. Most people are surprised at how immaculate the house is and all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. I want to add a copy of description of sleeping arrangements: Bedroom on the upper level with a queen bed and two twin beds. A bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a futon on the porch that folds into a double bed- As for the cost, I just went onto vRBO to see what is offered, and honestly, I felt like our cottage was absolutely the best for the $$ and what you get. Again, sorry it did not meet your expectations and I wish you the best of luck on finding a “better” cottage next summer. Linda

Pas d’air climatisé et seulement 2 chambres. Pas de ventilateur au 2e étage c’était très suffocant. La cour arrière est partagée avec d’autres résidents et le stationnement aussi. Il fallait donc demander aux autres résidents de sortir leur véhicule quand on voulait quitter. Impossible de stationner dans la rue car il faut avoir une vignette. En général, la maison manque de finition et a besoin d’être rénovée. Elle est très petite et les photos ne sont pas représentatives. Seuls points forts: Elle est située près de la plage et d’une buanderie.

nous annonçons qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. de nombreux chalets ne le permettent pas, mais nous avons dit que c'était bien d'apporter une fenêtre. La maison dispose de nombreux couchages. c'est un chalet plus ancien, mais nous le gardons propre. Les photos que nous avons prises sont le chalet que nous louons. nous annonçons que c'est un excellent emplacement et très abordable. vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur chalet pour le prix que nous facturons.

We had a great time!!!

This cute cottage is within walking distance to Hampton Beach and all the restaurants. We brought our 2 daughters (10 and 9(years old). They loved the board. walk and having their own room upstairs. We stayed downstairs. The cottage is well equipped even for a clam boil, Great lobster and fish market heading towards Seabrook The girls had bikes scooters, and roller blades they loved traveling to the park on the boardwalk. I can't say enough about the beachy cottaage and the very friendly accommodating owners.. We hit an unexpected heat wave and they were right over with A/C and fans.. Any questions or concerns were immediately answered. The neighbors that have local houses were very freindly and helpful. The laundromat is right around the corner. We will be back for sure to stay at the beachy cottage. We had a blast!

Our 8 year old son, Paul, keeps us busy throughout the school year between his school work and sports events. We would love for you to stay at our beach house....it will be the perfect place to stay!

Why they chose this property

Immaculate, clean, and newly painted, updated, and decorated. Great screened in porch to sit on at night or take a quick stroll down to the boardwalk. The beach is one block away....just cross the street, and your there. Great value for the the location and cleanliness!
