Studio TIME 1312 has a privileged location and is just 250 meters from the sea, 350 meters from Pajuçara Handicraft Market and 500 meters from where the rafts depart for the famous natural pools of Pajuçara beach.

The STUDIO 1312: Situated on the 15th floor of the Time Building, just 250 meters from the best and most prestigious beach in Maceió, it was designed with the comfort and satisfaction of our 18,000 btus split air conditioner in mind. And, furnished with quality furniture and equipment, our studio offers everything needed for the best use and comfort in your business or leisure trip. The bedroom: has a QUEEN box bed with high quality mattress; 400 thread count sheets / kg in pure cotton; 100% cotton fluffy towels, mirrored wardrobe and hangers; room partition shelf. Living Room: Has a comfortable sofa bed for a third guest, 50 "UHD LCD TV, cable TV and wifi. Kitchen: Complete with cabinets, utensils and equipment such as: fost free duplex refrigerator, built-in oven, cook-top, microwave, blender, toaster, mixer; etc.
General cleaning materials, broom and dustpan.
The Time: Modern building, built with housing tourism in mind, has a security system with biometric access and 24-hour reception available to our guests.
