- Located in a quiet Sarasota neighborhood on a dead end street close to shopping, restaurants, and Siesta Key (and several other beaches within a 15m drive), this amenity packed home is perfect for families and beach goers!
- Enjoy the heated pool and brand new luxurious outdoor furniture in your fenced in backyard where you can bask in the sun swimming and grilling.
- Beautifully remodeled coastal themed interior w/ fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, Smart TVs w/ popular streaming services included in all rooms, and fast reliable WiFi.
- On site washer and dryer
- My goal is to provide as much value and convenience to guests as I can. Beach essentials and accessories, activities for children such as board games, puzzles, and coloring books, and various baby items are just some of the additional things that I provide for guests.
** Your friendly on-site host lives in the attached mother-in-law suite and is available if needed to assist with making your stay enjoyable and worry free. I have been an AirBnB Superhost for 3 years in a row and heavily prioritize my guest's privacy during their stay.
- Outdoor space is technically shared because my entrance is through the back, however as mentioned I do place an emphasis on giving my guests space and privacy when they are utilizing the pool area. I do ask guests to confirm in their booking message that they understand the shared outdoor spaces on the listing.

Great host; fun time in Sarasota area

Host was very attentive, friendly, and communicative to our questions and needs. Location was not on island, but pretty centrally located to most activities. There is biking, golfing, beaching, kayaking, and many other activities nearby. House was very neat and clean with a pool, nice yard area, beach chairs and towels, and nice amenities.

Very comfortable and clean - perfect for 4. Charming coastal decor. Located about 15 minutes from both Nokomis and Siesta Key beaches in residential neighborhood - or enjoy the private pool! Responsive host in adjoining apartment (two units carved out of ranch home). Everything was great!

Close to beaches

We’ve stayed at many different rental properties around Sarasota to visit family yearly. I chose this property because in January, it can be warm outside but obviously we cannot go in the ocean. The ad said “heated pool”, but unfortunately, it is “solar” heated and could not be used. Our week was sunny and nearly 80 everyday, but the time we left the pool was up to 80 degrees. Still too cold. Also, the ad stated there was 1 1/2 baths, but that was wrong. Only one full bath. The property is actually one house that has been split into two apartments. Owner lives in the other side. He was very respectful of our space when we were sitting outside or grilling dinner. I liked the interactions we had with him, he brought his dogs and birds out to show us. But if you are not looking for that kind of interaction, I would look elsewhere. Kitchen was fully stocked. There is also another bedroom unavailable to guests and is being used as a storage room, loaded with extra furniture, decorations, etc. I see the property now is unavailable to rent.
