This cozy remodeled unit is the perfect getaway in the mountains. An open concept kitchen creates an easy flow between the unit, so you are never closed off from family and friends. As an added amenity, a complementary ski locker is available for use at Canyon Lodge(key and directions may be picked up at the office).

Livingroom: Host a cozy couch and comfy chair to unwind by the wood-burning stove after a long day of fun. The living room also hosts a flat screen TV, books, movies, and more. Kindling and firewood are provided upon availability
Dining Area: The dining table host 4 guests comfortably, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.
Kitchen: A remodeled kitchen host modern appliances, and all the basic cooking and eating utensils. A regular drip coffee maker available.
Sleeping arrangements: This unit will host up to 4 guests' total. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, with a private flat screen TV available. A spacious alcove holds the bunk area, with a full size top and bottom bunk.
Electronics: The living room and bedroom have a flat screen TV. Wi-Fi with secure network and password. DVD player available in both living room and bedroom.
Location: This corner unit is located at the corner of Horseshoe St. and Lakeview Blvd. Direct access to the free town shuttle, and quick walk to the Village at Mammoth. Easy walk to the Lake Basin bike path, and a minute drive (1-3-minute walk) to the office/recreation area. Outside parking available for 1 vehicle.

Seasons 4 year-round common area amenities include: Hot spa, dry sauna, restrooms with showers, game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and laundry facility. Summer only: heated swimming pool, community BBQ's, and horseshoe pits. TOML-CPAN-14314
