Property was double booked

I couldn’t stay at the property because the host had made a side deal off of Vrbo to rent the apartment but forgot to remove the listing from Vrbo. When I showed up, there was someone’s personal belongings throughout the apartment. The host never responded to several messages and phone calls so I had to find a hotel. I finally got a refund but the process was an absolute nightmare. I won’t be using Vrbo again.
