This reverse split level floor plan home offers scenic Atlantic Ocean views from the top level living, dining, and kitchen areas as well as all three oceanfront bedrooms on the lower level. Light colored walls with colorful furnishings provide welcoming spaces to relax inside while the upper level’s charming street side balcony and two ocean side decks offer the opportunity to take in the views at Topsail Beach. Sit at the sunny dining area and play a friendly game of cards or enjoy one of the board games provided, lounge on the deck and take pleasure in the sun and sea, or head down to the beach to play in the sand and surf.

Best house in the area

We have stayed at several properties on Topsail and this house is far and away the most beautiful. The amenities are excellent and the view spectacular!
