Major renovations to the Lindy-B include new vinyl flooring throughout the second level, freshly painted paneled walls, new Shaker kitchen cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, updated lighting, and a quartz island for food preparation or seating. The large open living and dining area include new comfortable coastal furniture and a game table for family fun. A small sound dock offers boating, fishing, floating, and feeding the gulls.
