Building was built in 2005 so all is new and fresh. Parking, secured elevator lobby, spacious and fully equipped units. 2 bedrooms- master w/ queen bed and t.v. common area is roomy. Full equipped kitchen TV cable w/ DVD players. 3 sliding patio doors onto large balcony overlooking downtown Baltimore ave and ocean views. Sleeps max of 6 people. Park and walk to all attractions, beach, boardwalk, restaurants, marinas, stores. Pleasant accommodations, convenient locale. we rent weeklies from friday to friday, or miniweeks at friday to monday or monday to friday.

Location was perfect. Family has already asked me to book again for next year. The place was just as described. Lots of walking options for dining and entertainment and a Dunkin just downstairs made coffee on the balcony something to look forward to. Thank you for a great stay.

Great condo in OCMD

Really enjoyed our short 3 night stay at Elliotts on the Avenue. Condo was bigger than I thought, plenty of space for the four of us and it could have easily accommodated more!!! Great balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and the washer/dryer is great to have. The location is perfect!!!

Great location and owners!

Great location. Steps from the boardwalk. Very clean. Larger than expected. Hosts were great. Only negative is the noise from the big bar across the street and also the construction next door.

Above and Beyond Expectations

You can't beat the location! It's in the center of downtown action and I love that you can see both ferris wheels from the balcony. The place was clean and comfortable. I like that they provided a shopping cart to help us get out bags to our room in one quick trip

Little summer get away

Loved this place and it was so convenient! I hope we can stay there again! Friendly neighbors and the owners were so kind and very prompt when we had a little town emergency! Ha! (No power)

Great place and location

Even for a 4 day vacation I was pampered by the location of place with only steps away from boardwalk and room was by far the best place I have ever stayed at in ocean city. Would definitely coming back next year and the owners are by far the best people I have ever dealt with in ocean city. I would give them a 10 out of 5 for their accommodation and understanding of what we wanted and needed for our stay at our room and would love more than anything to stay here longer than we did. The whole experience was a 20 out of 5 loved it and would recommend to whoever else is looking for a place in ocean city, md.

Very convenient stay

My stay here at the Elliott's was very convenient and short walk right to the center of everything. Overall cleanliness if the apartment was great however the bathroom curtains did have mildew on them which I had to take down and by new ones. Other than that the rest of the apartment was great and the extended balcony with lots of chairs was major plus. Highly recommend for anyone with children.

Perfect Location

Cindy & Mark are perfect owners. Pictures didn’t do the apartment justice - it looks a lot nicer and had a lot more room than expected. Because it’s a small building, the elevator was always available to use with no waiting. Parking spot was larger than expected and fit my Expedition EL with ease and probably could fit a small car behind it! This apartment, all common areas, and parking lot were spotless. Can’t say enough positives, because this rental surpassed every expectation we had.

Kids experience OC!!

This was a great opportunity for my tweens and friends to experience the boardwalk and all it has to offer. Was grateful to others reviews that recommended ear plugs and eye covers as this condo is right in the thick of things and can get very loud at night. That said, we were right where we wanted to be — walking distance to rides and games and fun! Hosts were super responsive. Great trip!!

Great location for proximity to the beach, boardwalk and plenty to do.

Great location for being close to everything. Mark and Cindy were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a unit which is along a main road so had some loud cars and bright lights coming through the blinds at night. Other than that, great location.

Wonderful, clean condo with ideal location

Mark and Cindy are lovely. They are easy to communicate with and very accessible via phone or email. The condo was very clean, spacious and the location was amazing. (Across the street from the boardwalk and beach.) We would definitely stay again.

Awesome condo in a great location

My kids and I had never been to Ocean City before, so we weren't sure what to expect, but this was a lot nicer than I had even imagined. Cindy was really helpful, and it was easy getting the keys to check in. The condo was in great shape and a lot larger than I had anticipated. There were plenty of blankets and a huge balcony that gave us a great view of the street and the amusement park on the pier. The couches were super comfortable and it was really nice having a washer drier in the suite. The building felt safe and the other tenants and renters we met were really friendly and cool. Lots of great, walkable restaurants nearby, and an easy 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk made our stay super fun. My kids and I had a blast, and we would totally recommend this rental to anyone vacationing in Ocean City.

Great location! we could walk to everything we needed. Cute little market around the corner if you need to pick up anything and the kids could just walk to the boardwalk and rides. The hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again for sure.

Best place ever

We have been going to OC for at least 35 years and this was the best place that we have ever stayed in. It felt like home. The beds were great and everything was spotless. We will definitely stay there again and again.

Very clean, plenty of space, great location and parking

We were very happy with our stay at Mark & Cindy's place. I loved that we could park our car (covered parking!) and walk everywhere we wanted to go for our 3 night stay. The unit was very clean and Mark and Cindy were extremely responsive and pleasant to work with. The building itself was quiet - we never heard or saw a neighbor. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay again. If I were to make any suggestions to prospective tenants, they would be: 1. Bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. The street noise at night is very loud. If you've ever been to OC before, this is no surprise. We picked up some ear plugs from Walmart and slept great. 2. We also used sleep masks because the rooms are pretty bright very early in the AM. Thankfully this wasn't an issue for our 2 year old but your mileage may vary.
