Elegant and Spacious home with Central Air Conditioning located in Storey Lake vacation resort . NO ADDITIONAL FEE for useu of clubhouse amenities (includes resort pools, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie splash pad, half basketball court, sand volleyball, fitness center). Kayaking and mini-golf are available for an extra charge by the clubhouse.

HOUSEKEEPING: As is typical of all vacation home rentals, there is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Due to the time needed for the cleaning crew and inspector to prepare the house for our guests' arrival, no early check-in or late check out is provided, so please plan your reservation accordingly.

STARTER SUPPLIES: The home is fully stocked with linens, towels, and pillows, but keep in mind your vacation home is intended as self-catering. A starter kit will be provided with the following items: 1 travel-size dishwashing detergent, 1 sponge, 2 dishwashing machine capsules, 1 paper towel roll, 2 trash bags. Also, each bathroom will include towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and 2 toilet paper rolls. Guests should bring additional personal items and restock on additional toiletries and home items as needed during your visit. There are plenty of stores and supermarkets in close proximity to the resort where you can gather these items.

FOOD: As per local vacation rental requirements and due to sanitary reasons, open food cannot be left in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. Hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of food items will be provided prior to check in, except sealed packets of salt and pepper.

The house splash pool is equipped with a water heater that can be activated for a fee of $65 for the duration of your stay. The heater operates only while the pool pump is running on its daily schedule from around 9AM to 6PM. If interested in having this option for your stay, please indicate at the time of booking.

Please be aware the property is equipped with multi high noise, cigarette/tobacco/vaping smoke and occupancy sensors. Any high noise level consistent with party levels, smoking or exceedance of occupancy limits will be detected and notified. For your safety, please be aware the house is also monitored by OUTSIDE cameras at the front and outside the back of the property, there are no cameras of any kind inside the property.

We absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed to have the perfect weekend away. We enjoyed a day at Universal/Islands of Adventure, and then spent our other two days on the property. We cooked all of our meals in the rental and had everything we needed! The grocery store is super close and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in! We shopped the outlet mall close by and enjoyed our days in the lazy river! The rental was clean and spacious! It was the perfect long weekend getaway!

Disney Family Trip

First trip to Florida. Location was perfect for our agenda and the driving distance to the attractions and shopping areas were all under 30 minutes. Accommodation were 5 star. Perfect Fit

Check in super easy! When I had questions late at night, response was immediate! Awesome!The location was amazing, so close to DisneyI did read someone else commented on the mattresses but not a lot of others mentioned it so I disregarded it. However, they are all extremely firm...we like a nice pillow top mattress and you're not going to get that here. If you like really firm then it would be good for you.. the decor pillows in the living room smelled, we just moved them so they weren't around us. But everything else was great.

Spacious and comfortable home near Disney!

I had a wonderful stay at this vacation home! Very spacious, comfortable and generously stocked with amenities and plenty of extras. Convenient access to Disney parks. The splash pool, which can be heated for a fee, was a nice touch and great to have after a day at the parks. I also communicated with the owner a few times, and he was quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a home to stay in during your family trip to Disney!

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because we have always visited the Kissimmee area very frequently and wanted a spacious and comfortable place to stay whenever we visited. We fell in love with this house and the resort, particularly the amenities and great location so close to all the parks and attractions. On some of our visits, we do not even visit the parks, we just relax in the nice warm weather and enjoy the great variety of food around the Kissimmee area.

What makes this property unique

Since this is also our own vacation home, we put a lot of love decorating, stocking and preparing the house so it could be our true "home away from home". We extend our welcome to all our guests and hope you can enjoy, relax and have an amazing experience while staying at our house.
